3M - 03584-6PK Professional Grade Rubberized Undercoating, 03584, 16 oz

I purchased a 6 pack for coating the underside of a 2007 F-350 8ft truck bed. It goes on very quickly and very nice. I went through all 6 cans in like 15-20min. A 6 pack did maybe 3/4 of one coat. I am not sure it will need more than one coat, but I am getting another 6 pack. Seems heavy duty and while I am slightly disappointed in how much I have to use, I am super impressed by the quality and speed of application. You might get the entire underside of an 8ft bed if you are a little more careful than I was.

3M always has good products. I used this coating to do the floors of the inside of my lifted truck. The dry time was a little longer than expected but has remained scratch free and has not flaked or peeled. I have put it to the test with all the mud riding i do along with many different folks getting in and out. I don't use floormats and this coating has worked well. Would buy again.

Great price, Great Product. ALL the product came out of the can. NO clogged spray tip. It Stuck to everything, went on smooth with light texture. I have tried and used numerous products. I Will be purchasing 3M again. You will like this undercoat product from 3M

Did the job and stayed stuck over the winter

I used this to undercoat the cab, fenders and inner fenders on my 49 chevy pickup i think this product is great. 1 can will undercoat 1 fender i read the reviews not sure why people thought 1 can should undercoat the whole truck or car. Spray it outside folow the directions I have shot 18 cans so far on my car and truck projects with no problems.

It feels like this can sprays stronger than most aerosols. The spray shoots further, making it easier to get to hard-to-reach areas. During the initial part of the spray job (until about 1/2 full) you can rotate the can in any direction and it will still spray. Once the can is getting low, it will only spray the contents when it is held upright. That's why some people say it won't spray upside down (but it really depends how full the can is). The results look professional because this product creates an even distribution of material on the surface with a nice texture. It takes about 2 cases (12 cans) to complete a full size car. There's really no special trick to this, it's as easy as using a can of spray paint. Be sure to wear eye protection and disposable clothing. The orange pumice hand cleaners will remove it from skin with some scrubbing.

Stuff works, basically tar in a can, warnings: Use in a very well ventilated area, use outside your vehicle only, mask of areas you don't want to be cleaning tar off of later, plan to use the whole can in one shot. Used to coat the flimsy plastic wheel arches on my Ford Focus, cleaned the surfaces first, sprays on like thick paint, fairly accurate spray pattern, will get you high so use outside!, tar residue takes 3-4 days to fully cure but can be handled (carefully) after 45 minutes or so.

Bought this for touch up over dealer under coating. Goes on thick and heavy. No runs or sags. Best stuff I have found to combat NY winters. Little pricey, but worth the money over the over counter watery stuff. This is true rubberized.. Dries quick. This is a good investment for severe protection.Drys with a nice finish also,

Make sure you use isopropyl to clean and prep before application, but leave an awesome finish and colour, very rubbery and durable but it's still just a spray can so don't expect miracles but this is close enough to perfect to keep the rust away in the winter
