Is a f350 to heavy for these

An f250 and I also believe f350 requires an “E” range tire with would be 12 ply or more These tires I believe are A 10 ply and I would not recommend them on an f350

Are both sides of the tire white outlined?

No...one side has raised white letters and the other is black.

Are these tires good for icey and snowy roads?

Yes, I ran them through an Ohio winter on a full size truck, and had no problems. They do great in all weathers
