Great product. Great Customer service. Called because one of the pins wouldn't lock in. The gentleman explained the pin wasn't even needed. Just make sure it clicks. If the pins come back out, you are not clicked into place. Grey is a great color. They are really a nice product in a time everything is cheap and made in china. Fit on the railing great and I am excited to plant flowers in them. Thanks for your help resolving my issue. I absolutely would recommend this product.

These planters are sturdy and well designed. They have a filter tray to keep roots healthy but I added drain holes. There is good depth and width allowing enough room for adequate soil so plants don’t dry out. The hanger arms and “foot” help level the planters on a wide range of railing sizes. Very happy with these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Plastic as expected. We have railings that are rounded on the top so not everything fits them. Easy to attach. Has a plastic piece for I’m guessing drainage but it’s only a couple inches deep so I used an electric screwdriver and put hold in the bottom, as flower “holders” should not be over watered. They do lean a bit down, I don’t know if they are suppose to stay even but they look good. Just get soil on ur deck every time you water them because the water runs from the beck to the front onto the deck. Overall, seem to look good.

This is my second set. Like the safety feature that anchors them in place Used on a second floor balcony so I know they are secure.

PACKAGE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. SET ITEMS UP AND USED THEM. THEY WORKED THE WAY WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO USE THEM. ONLY PROBLEM WAS HONE OF THE PINS KEEP COMING OUT, I FIXED THE PIN SLOT WAS NOT SLIDING THE FULL WAY IN AND KEEP PUSHING THE PIN OUT. PROBLEM SOLVED AND USING THE PRODUCT. Overall the planter works well and is pretty sturdy. However, one of the planters in my order was missing one of the plugs for the railing and I needed to use a sharpie to plug the hole to make the planter usable.

A support arm broke on each planter within weeks of use very disappointing

Due to a storm last year, a huge, tall oak tree fell on my deck roof. While it was tragic it opened up the sky to allow great sunlight to reach the end of my deck. I decided to but 2 railing planters and try to grow flowers on that end of the deck as it was too shady previously. The flowers took off so I bought 3 more. They are easily adjustable to fit the railing.
