This Bidet is great, like truly - it's been life changing to have a bidet and this was my first one. After a few years here are my thoughts: 0. Easy to install! Works great! Great control of water pressure! 1. I had to buy bumpers to put on my seat to make it high enough for the bidet. After a while they come off or move around - they are sticky - so it's a whole thing. 2. The nozzle cleaner and nozzle sit a bit low in the toilet. The nozzle is self cleaning but needs extra cleaning like with a Clorox wipe or your cleaner of choice 3. I had a stomach virus with some vomiting - it's not vomit friendly. 4. This bidet is for bottoms - I got another for my lady bits. Overall - the bidet has changed the game! If this one is in your budget its worth it. After a few years, I ended up ordering another bidet with a hidden nozzle and its own toilet seat, I like it a lot more.

Love This Bidet. I tried to save some money and got a cheaper one where the main assembly came in pieces and needed to be put together. So I returned that and ordered this. Because I had this NEO 185 somewhere else before. I did have to get a new different toilet seat. The existing toilet seat was not compatible. But that's okay. Just wish I knew before I started to install this. I found online it's very common. But otherwise the install is very straight forward and really easy. This Bidet really works well and helps clean up after you go. Saves a lot of TP. If you're messy when you go, try this. You won't be sorry and you'll wonder why every toilet doesn't have one.

The LUXE Bidet NEO 185 has been an excellent addition to our bathroom. Installation was simple, the build quality feels solid, and the dual‑nozzle setup works exactly as advertised. The water pressure is easy to control, and the self‑cleaning feature gives extra peace of mind. It’s surprisingly comfortable to use, and the whole family loves it. For the price, the performance is outstanding. If you’re considering a bidet attachment, this one is absolutely worth it.

Nice but I have a real bidet EPLO toilet, and it's amazing upstairs so very spoiled with that. But this works well, and the biggest downfall is the cold water. Seems sturdy, and the water level is adjustable. I have a round toilet in this bathroom, and it's very close to the water so I leave it fairly low or it will sting your area of cleaning. So far, I like it for downstairs. Very easy to install as long as you have a shut off value on the wall. If you dont' you will have to turn the water off on the property.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to need help installing, but I did it myself with no plumbing experience. It came with everything needed to install, and instructions were very clear, easy to understand and follow. Easy to clean, and still easy to clean the toilet itself. The only downside is I have a small space between the toilet and the and sink cabinet so it’s a tight space. But that’s unavoidable - just be mindful of how much room the bidet arm will need on the right side of the toilet. Super easy to use, knobs are easy to turn - just make sure you’ve turned the aim knob when you’re cleaning otherwise you’ll get an eye (or mouth) full lol .Also make sure you know which position the knob is in before you turn the water. We got the one with the feminine wash - it makes a difference. Going on three months since it was installed, no leaks and no loosening issues. I made sure to tighten everything correctly and the bidet hasn’t moved, slipped at all. The only thing I had to tighten was the toilet seat but I had to do that once in a while even before installing the bidet. Would definitely buy again, great product for a great value.

I’ll just say it plainly: this thing is fantastic. 😄 After installing this bidet attachment, regular toilet paper suddenly feels like outdated caveman technology. The water pressure adjustment works really well, and being able to fine-tune it makes a huge difference compared to cheaper units that basically operate in either “nothing happened” or “pressure washer stripping paint off a driveway” mode. The dual nozzle setup is also nice, and the self-cleaning feature helps the whole thing feel much more sanitary over time. One thing I especially appreciated is that installation was honestly much easier than expected. If you can handle basic tools and follow instructions, this is very manageable for most people. It also paired perfectly with our toilet seat and did not create weird fitment issues during installation. The rose gold accents were another surprisingly nice touch because they actually made the bathroom setup look more premium instead of like medical equipment bolted onto the toilet. Most importantly: A+ cleanliness upgrade. The butt has genuinely never felt cleaner. 😄 Overall, this ended up being one of those purchases where after using it for a while you start wondering why bidets are not way more common everywhere.

Installed it in 10 minutes and works well. The included hardware has some spares which is useful. This is a basic bidet that works as intended. The water pressure is adjustable and has support for both men and women

This is a terrific, economical choice if you're curious about bidets. I was dealing with fissures during the time of purchase and using a bidet prior to and during defecation has aided my recovery significantly even after just a few weeks of use. There is a learning curve, but hang in there. See my tips below. Installation is fairly simple, with about 5 minutes of prep work and another 5 minutes to get the device installed and centered. NOTE: If you have a molded toilet seat, DO NOT purchase this bidet. While it can be used with seat risers, these leave a large gap exposed between the seat and the bowl. You will end up with a lot of water everywhere. Choose a different product. USE TIPS: - Start the bidet *before* you start defecating. Wetting that area helps soften everything and makes waste less likely to stick to you. - After going, run the bidet for 30-60 seconds. - The two streams on this unit are offset. You may have to manipulate your body and/or really spread your cheeks to get good results. - The sprayers act just like any hose -- they can potentially "relocate" microscopic bits of waste to other parts of you rather than just wash them off. Thoroughly dry your area (including genitals) after use. If you experience itching after several days of use, this is a sign that you are not cleaning yourself thoroughly. - Set the bidet to the "clean" setting after each use. This will avoid a mess if it is accidentally turned on. INSTALL TIPS: - Use plumbers tape on any male-threaded pieces, including the one near the control panel. You should probably have an extra roll on hand because what ships with this item doesn't amount to much -- especially if you need a few tries to get it right. - You have to wrap plumbers tape in a specific direction, otherwise it will twist off as you start screwing the fitting in place. Google "plumbers tape which direction" to see how to do it correctly. - The bidet has two sprayers (plus a third cleaning sprayer). These are offset from one another. To center the bidet, wrap the toilet seat in cellophane/saran wrap. With a ruler, find the center point of the seat. Draw a line down the length of the seat with a marker. Before fully tightening down the seat, turn on the "rear" setting for the bidet and manipulate the entire unit so that the stream is aligned with the line you drew. Once centered, tighten the seat the rest of the way. Remove the wet cellophane before use. - To get the widest range of power out of the bidet (and to keep it from being too harsh at its lowest setting): The bidet system is inserted between the shut-off valve (the spigot behind the toilet) and the toilet. Adjust the shut-off valve so that (A) you don't hear the pipes rattle when you flush the toilet and (B) the toilet still refills in a reasonable amount of time after flushing.

I have bought this Luxe bidet Neo 185 Elite and it's superb. Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it. Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there. Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging. I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service 👏. And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each. I am so happy i invested on this product and not on those cheaper ones because I got a lot more than expected and the quality of product is top notch 👌 I would recommend this product to anyone. Very happy customer 😀 🚽

*Tipp* Größe der mitgelieferten Anschlüsse laut Installationsanleitung: FlexVerbindungsschlauch: T-Stück: 1/2 ", Eingang Bidet: 1/4 ", Länge: 15" T-Stück: Spülkasten: 15/16", Ausgang zum Bidet: 1/2", Wasserzufluss: 15/16" Die Installation war super einfach: Toilettensitz ab, Bidet darunterlegen, Toilettensitz wider anschrauben. Alles Equipment wird mitgeliefert um dass Bidet an den Spülkasten anzuschließen. Das Einzige Manko hier ist, dass das T-Stück um das Bidet zwischenschalteten im Wasserzufluss des Spülkastens aus Plastik ist. Mann muss unbedingt vorher sicher stellen, dass man alle benötigten zusätzlichen Materialien hat (siehe oben, denn ich musste zum Baumarkt). Dazukaufen musste ich ein 3 Wege Umschaltventil, um den Anschluss vom Duschschlauch an der Badewanne zu nutzen. Mann benötigt natürlich einen Wasseranschluss in der Nähe und wir haben keinen Spülkasten an der Toilette oder Waschbecken neben der Toilette. Je nach Toilettensitz benötigt mann auch noch höhere 'Knöpfe' vorne unten an dem Sitz, damit dieser nicht in der Luft hängt. Das Bidet ist ca 0,5cm hoch. Ich hatte zuerst Bedenken, weil ich nur kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung habe, das merkt mann jedoch bei der Nutzung gar nicht. Gekauft habe ich das Bidet um Blasenentzündungen vorzubeugen (Ergebnisse stehen noch aus). Super ist es auch während der Monatsblutung, weil mann mit dem Drehknopf den Stahl nach vorne richten kann. Zu empfehlen ist es laut Frauenarzt auch für die richtige Hygiene bei Homeriden.
