As far as I know they are. I've never detected any scent what-so-ever but then I've never heard of scented end papers either. Hope that helps.

Can these be used with electric curling irons? Can they take the heat?

No, they are used to wrap the roller when you wash your hair

Would these work for wrapping Shih Tzu mustache? Someone said these are not acid free, not sure what that means but doesn’t sound good?
