Q: Do these shoes relieve knee pain as claimed?

These relieve my arthritic knee pain, and planter fasciitis

Q: How do these compare to hoka one one?

I tried Hoka first but they run too narrow for my feet so I had to continue the search. I ended up with G Defy Might Walk extra wide and they are perfect. My first pair lasted one year when I put on about 4-5 miles a day. I'm now on my second pair. The best walking shoe I have ever had.

Q: How different is the wide sizes compared to the xtra wide sizes

I need EEEE. The xtra wide fits the bill perfectly. I love these shoes. I’ve tried almost every shoe made including very expensive New Balance. These are better by far

No they are not water proof. But they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had
