Delicious!
I was hesitant to buy this product because I had been using the regular chocolate recovery powder for the last 2 years. So when I saw they changed it up, I was slightly hesitant especially because there were so many negatives about the flavor. I gave it a chance and even changed flavors because I had heard vanilla in the old formula was amazing. I tried it after a 16 mile run and was AMAZED at how good the flavor was. It didn’t taste chemical at all. I mixed it with 16 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the flavor was wonderful. Highly recommend this product if you’re a GU recovery drink user.

The Best Recovery for Endurance Athletes
YAAAAS! A protein drink that isn't chalky! This is my favorite Protein drink because it tastes great and mixes in well with water if you are on the road and don't have access to other alternatives like almond milk. I love that GU uses Whey Protein Isolate rather than just Whey Protein as it's cleaner and has a higher bio availability for easy absorption.

Delicious post long run Recovery Drink
Love this products after each hard workout or long run. I like to add the Vanilla flavor to my smoothies with blueberries, banana and almond butter. The chocolate flavor is delicious in coffee because it taste like a mocha. The 20grams of protein is helping me recover faster from my workouts. Both flavors are delicious.

Portable, delicious, MORE PROTEIN!
I was a big fan of the old formula, so was worried when I heard they were discontinuing... while the new formula is different, I think it still tastes great + refreshing, and the 20 grams of protein mean I don't have to worry about eating or drinking protein after a workout.
