Another customer left a comment that these were not the 12 ft length as advertized. I've bought plenty of handset cords in my life. When the packaging says 6 ft or 12 ft, the cord actually becomes 6 ft or 12 ft when fully stretched out. This cord only stretches to 9 ft. It works fine but I'd rather have a 12 ft cord. However it's not worth the trouble of requesting or refund. So just be aware, if you really gotta have a 12 footer, DON'T BUY THIS ONE.
