Does this plant grow well in a container?

It should do, as it’s a slowish growing tree. Mine is in a pot, half John Innes no 3, and half normal potting compost, best not in full sun, Water regularly but don’t waterlog it.

What month do you plant this item . Also i only have a square box or big plastic pot to plant it in . Would this be suitable for the plant

Hi there You can plant it in a pot now a big container is okay but if you have some polystyrene chips make a sub base about 3 inches deep before you put soil in this keeps the roots warm and is good drainage Fill the planter to 2 inches from top and water very well Next day you can plant your shrub Good luck with your plant ML
