Thank you very much for your question. Yes all of our coffees are shipped fresh to you! Our line of Barrel Aged Coffees are aged first (before roasting) in whiskey barrels. Once aged to the optimal flavor profile, our coffees are removed from the barrels, roasted, and shipped fresh to you. Happy brewing!
