Great pants, great fit. Love the longer length available!
Tried them on and was immediately impressed by the fit. It's hard for me to find pants long enough, especially these type of pants as they rarely come in anything other than one size fits all, in terms of length. I ordered the 36 length, which is usually just about right for me (maybe a touch long, but I'd rather have long than short). I find myself rolling these up just a bit so I don't step on the back. I may order again, with the 34 length which I think will be long enough. In terms of my waist, I usually wear a 34 or sometimes a 36 waist and I ordered these in 34 and the stretch makes them almost perfect. In terms of warmth, I can't say they are EXTREMELY warm, but not bad. For example, I wore them this morning on my morning walk. The temperature was 24 degrees F, with a slight breeze. I had a base layer on underneath. As I stepped outside, I could barely feel the cold...and by the end of my walk, I was sweating. I'm anxious to try these in colder weather. Windproof seems OK. I've yet to experience anything more than a "breeze", so far. Where I live, the temperature can get to sub zero, with 30 MPH winds, so the wind chill can be 30 below 0 (or even much colder on occasion - Walked in -60 degree wind chill a couple times - I'm talking bitter cold). With my previous walking pants, it would take 3 layers to handle the worst wind chill. I suspect these pants will take 3 layers at that level too. And I do walk every morning, even in those conditions. So it'll be interesting to see how they perform. I thing 2 layers will handle everything but the most intense wind chill. Waterproofing hasn't been tested yet, but I'm fairly certain they are not 100% waterproof, but at least water resistant, which should help with snow, but not a downpour of rain. They are comfortable. I do wear a belt, as the "stretch" of the elastic can make them feel a touch loose. But very comfortable! I wouldn't call them "skinny" pants at all, but I would not call them baggie at all either. I have thinner legs and I feel like these pants hug my legs well (or at least better than most ). I don't like baggy when walking moving a lot. If you are buying these to ski, I would think they might have some trouble fitting over a larger ski boot. They do stretch and may work, but they are what I would call an "athletic" fit (if not a skinny fit) Not a lot of extra material, but enough stretch to compensate some. I've only had them about 3 weeks and wear them regularly when walking and wore them one evening inside. They weren't too warm inside, but it was cold in the house! I really like these so far and would recommend them. EDIT: Still love these and have bought multiple pairs over time. The things I like the most are the custom length (which is often one standard length with most of these pants). I also like the style. As I mentioned, not SUPER warm, but they are comfortable in most cool situations and on most any cold situation with a base layer underneath. The stretch waist is both a blessing and a curse. Very comfortable, but you may need a belt with these as they feel a little "loose" at the waist. Zippers have held up pretty well, although I would say they are probably the weak point, along with the belt loops. Still....love them. Overall, I personally really like these and highly recommend.

Stretchy and warm (not anywhere near water proof.)
I got a size too small and they stretched enough to fit regardless, I use these on my motorcycle on cold mornings and they have worked phenomenally. Be careful if you use these for that purpose though as they will absolutely melt with any kind of heat so if you touch a muffler or engine, etc. otherwise perfect and I'll be buying these again when these wear out. The zipper on the legs is great as I can just slip out of them without taking my shoes off.

Great value
At 5'8 200 lbs, 38-30 was slightly snug; but they do have a stretch waist band that helps. The length was good and the quality seems very nice too, and durable. They are a good value compared to . similar items. They aren't too heavy, and are a little close fitting. Which i usually wear leggings under them. Both front & back pockets zip up which is very nice when things are in your pocket on the bike and they seem strong. I like how they function. They are thicker than other brands too which should help to keep you warm & wind resistant. I would recommend them!

Perfect!
Just what I wanted. I used them for many long hiking and skiing days this winter. So warm, so cozy, very sturdy even for glissading and pockets that aren’t at an angle stuff falls out of easily. Stretchy waist that doesn’t overly pinch. I’d say more of an athletic fit and they aren’t baggy enough to fit on the outside of ski boots. Not suitable for warm days but thick enough for almost any level of cold even midwinter hikes in the northeast.

Very comfortable with great temperature control
These pants really surprised me. They're flexible enough to easily bend and twist, durable enough to handle plenty of unintended tumbles on the slopes, and versatile enough to keep you VERY comfortable and dry whether you're in a normal temperature room or skiing in below freezing temps for 6 hours straight. Fitment is very comfy and forgiving with the elastic-like waistband. I'm usually a 31, but a 30 fit great even with thermals underneath. The outer shell keeps you completely protected from the elements, and the soft lining is nicely breathable which prevents sweat buildup (keeping you in a perfect comfort zone). I was honestly skeptical that these would be up to par for ski pants, but these were so much better than the ridiculously puffy overalls that half of the rest of my group were complaining about all day. Plus, they look pretty good too. I went from a meeting in the morning to skiing all day to dinner at a steakhouse after without a single concern about my attire. I wish I grabbed a pair a few months ago!

Tight around calves, but otherwise solid.
Was really excited to get these as they came with very high reviews on Amazon. I was very disappointed when they showed up as they were far too tight around my calves. I do have larger calves than some people, but these stretched too much just to get around them. I chose these for the style and the color, both of which seemed like a good fit for me. The knee area looked a lot sturdier, but I did not actually get to try these out as they were just too uncomfortable to wear. If you have larger than usual calves, these aren't going to be for you. The pants didn't seem too bulky, even with the fleece lining on the inside. They felt warm as soon as I put them on and the zipper fly didn't give me any issues. I don't know how the zipper would hold up to prolonged use though. All in all, I wouldn't purchase these again just due to the size. The cut seemed like it was alright, they didn't seem too long or too short, and they appeared to be fairly stylish. The color also seemed like it was right on par with the color in the photo. Would recommend if you don't mind tightness around your calves, but if you do, I'd find something different.

Excellent fabric, used in Iceland!
I wore these trousers during a trip to Iceland late summer, and they were fantastic! They kept me dry and warm through rain, wind. The fit is great—comfortable, flexible, and perfect for hiking. Plus, the pockets are super handy for carrying essentials. If you’re heading to Iceland or any other hiking trip for that matter, these trousers are a must-have!
