I have been researching E-bikes for some time and had my eye on this one as a great value and well made, versatile bike. I am pleased the Moscow+ is now available to the UK market. It has hydraulic disk breaks as opposed to cable, and a 16Ah battery instead of the 13Ah. Definitely worth the extra money.I bought this bike primarily to do my 25 mile round trip commute, and am delighted to finally ditch the diesel and rush hour traffic. I calculate this bike will pay for itself comfortably in 12-18 months. The cycle takes me 45 minutes - exactly the same as my drive. In inclement weather and with a waterproof saddle bag and cycling over trousers, I arrive dry and without breaking a sweat. I also get my 10000 steps of daily exercise without even thinking about it.This arrived pretty promptly, and setting the bike up was very straight forward - attach the handlebars and pedals: job done. The gears did need a bit of tweaking, but everything else was fine.The bike is just fantastic, and a maiden voyage on PAS 6 of 45km only knocked 2/6 battery bars off. You’ll notice that it’s kmh not mph, and I understand that to change this you need to send the unit to them??? Seems peculiar. This control display is used in several other bikes and some functionality seems to be missing - being able to switch between eco, normal and power modes doesn’t seem to be possible. The online manual for this is not particularly helpful. Hopefully with some assistance from NCM, I’ll get all of this ironed out.The fork suspension seems a bit soft and spongy compared to others I’ve used, but only pretty hard drops from a height would be beyond them and I don’t especially plan to hammer this bike down red and black trails. Otherwise, a fantastic bike, comfortable saddle, great range and great value for money.Not in the product description, but it has fittings on the frame for a pannier rack - very useful.EDIT: as another reviewer has mentioned, pressing the + and - buttons together for 5 seconds or so will bring up the setting to change from kmh to mph. In addition to this, holding set for 5 seconds will bring up a passcode protected menu. If you enter 8018, you will be able to switch between eco, normal and power modes. No disabling the speed limiter available for any hopefuls!

I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I ordered the bike on Thursday & received it Monday, two weeks earlier than expected. I attached the handlebars and pedals & it was ready to go. All of the gears were already perfectly set and the battery was almost full because it only took about an hour until it was full. Additionally, To change from kph to mph hold the +button for 8 sec then press the -button then press set. Great product, amazing price and amazing dealer.

NCM and Leon Cycle could literally run courses on how to make great eBikes at incredible value, and compete on quality and service in a crowded fashionably-priced eBike market.My partner has enjoyed her eBike (different brand) since last Xmas and couldn't be happier. It was my gift to her as she always struggled with hills (as did I) whilst I had an ordinary bike.So there I was on our hot sunny holiday, tiring, panting, and perspiring near the top of a long steep gradient on a quiet lane, when she just tootled up alongside as fresh as a daisy. I think the beaming smile and phrase "This is nice, isn't it?" was the final straw - I NEEDED an eBike!With the fine weather and opportunity to cycle out to local countryside pubs and enjoy the scenery stress-free (let alone keep up with her!), my thoughts were to get myself something sufficiently-well specified that wouldn't break the bank. I'm also 6'3" so needed a large frame, and a torquey motor to haul my considerable bulk. In my search, the incredible price and features of the NCM Moscow Plus kept leaping out, so having scoured the countless glowing reviews I took the plunge.Rarely have I been so happy and gratified with a purchase, including speed of delivery and choice of seller - Leon Cycle (which I'd also reviewed). I had a couple of questions on separate occasions, and their replies were swift, informative, and courteous.I ordered 21st July and delivery was attempted by TNT on 23rd when I was at work, so take Amazon's 1-2 week delivery expectation with a pinch of salt. I therefore arranged to take delivery the next day, but was since informed that if delivered by TNT, possibly others, it is possible to leave a signed request note and stick it to your door so the courier can take it away as signed authority to deliver in your absence.As the seller had no more of this model in the black frame, I ordered the silver - and it looks fantastic!Every part was properly fitted and perfectly aligned, zero scratches on painted parts, and absolutely no evidence of assembly by ham-fisted clods on an apprenticeship. The entire package was just perfect. Also worth mentioning the bundled tools - Not cheap stamped metal, but PROPER garage spanners, allen keys, and screwdriver, just as you'd buy from the high street.I assembled the bike (just 10 minutes for peddles, handlebars, and tyre inflation), charged the already near-full battery, and took it out for a quick spin - including a rather steep road. Very happy!!!If you're in the market for a fabulous eBike at an amazing price, from a seller deserving of your trust and business, I can very highly recommend the Moscow Plus from Leon Cycle. Don't just take my word for it though - Do the reviews all you want and the story will remain the same.

Absolutely loves this bike - Flys up the steepest of hills and comfy ride.When the pedal assist kicks out at 15.5mph the ride is smooth. My friend has a pedal assisted bike and you can feel a definite drop... On this bike it is a lot smoother and doesn't have this.I have no experience with adjusting bikes but the chain was catching on the derailer as it was too high. I adjusted it but needed to adjust the cable tension to allow me to drop the derailer and set the gear shift right for the gear shift. Please be aware that you may have to adjust things when ordering off the web but at this price and quality of the bike it is still well worth buying then if things are off get your local bike store to adjust and you'll still be quids in (saving £100's) compared to any shop near me! I used YouTube and figured it out but just something to be aware of.

The battery that came with this bike died after 18 months, and you literally cannot get a replacement battery in the UK, not from the seller or via a third-party. You will be forced to buy a new bike.

This bike is excellent it travels uphill with no trouble at all the 6 power levels and 24 gears are amazing i went out and 36 miles and still had power in battery when i got home it makes cycling a joy i am 63 and is nice to go places i couldnt go before i would reccomend this bike
