Fairly new to milling own flour. Found Palouse and used them for initial products. I came across another provider that had received great reviews. Ordered hard white but quality was not what I had expected. It had ALOT of stems and morning glory seeds. The company did refund me and I disposed of the product. Then went back to Palouse. Always clean, smells and tastes great, and delivery is quick. Highly recommend. They will remain my go to supplier.

I am extremely happy with my order from Palouse! The wheat berries shipped fast, the packaging was secure, the wheat berries are perfect, and the muffins and other baked goods I've made using freshly-milled flour have turned out incredible! I have already placed my 2nd order with them!

These seem to be good quality wheat berries that we are happily using for the family, both human and animal. Sprouts very fast and almost every wheat berry sprouted. Also using these to grow wheat grass in a soil medium. The grass has grown very fast and looks healthy with just the sunlight from a south facing window and basic soil. We use the sprouts in salad and the wheat grass in smoothies, soup, and salads. We give it to our chickens as fodder and add it to our dog's food as well. They don't seem to have any complaints! We don't use any fancy sprouting jars or trays. We sprout the berries in recycled plastic containers that spinach is sold in at the grocery store. To avoid any issues with mold growing on the sprouts...we keep the sprouting containers tipped slightly so they are not sitting in standing water and every other day we soak them in warm water with one to two tablespoons of vinegar. We add enough warm water to the container so that the sprouts can freely float, then add the vinegar. Then we gently swish the tray around so the vinegar is evenly mixed and let it sit. After about five minutes we rinse the sprouts a couple times. To do that we drain the water with vinegar, add warm water to the container again, gently swishing the sprouts around, and drain again. The process may seem like a bit of work to some people, but not counting the soak time it only takes a few minutes complete.

First order of Palouse Soft white wheat berries. Very clean grain. Haven’t baked with them yet. Only downside was the box it was packed in was too small and not sealed well so box was split open on both front and back sides. Thankfully the grain was intact and bag hadn’t broken open.

Best organic white soft wheat ever. I love this company! Their products are so fresh and have a great flavor. Very high quality foods. I've been baking and grinding my grain for decades. (Even grew my own hard wheat once.) So I've tried them all. And this is the best. The very best I've ever come across. Now this is Soft White Wheat. You use it for biscuits, pie crust, muffins, pancakes, cookies. NOT yeast bread. You would want Hard White Wheat for yeast bread. Just so you know! I make most things 50% unbleached and 50% soft white wheat. This flour mills up so nice and light I often go 2/3 white wheat or even 100%. If you do soaked grains, then use 100% soft white wheat. Makes outstanding belgian waffles, tortillas and all wheat! You will feel virtuous and your family well fed and happy. Their garbanzos and lentils are also excellent. Anything these guys have, I'm interested. It's nice to have a brand you can trust and believe in.
