Once it was really bad so I didn't even accept a package. Also, order it on different day than other products to make sure that delivery of your orders is not combined.Otherwise a nice product. Not sure how effective it is in cleaning stuff, but I like to think it does its job well, lol. :) It tells that it is fragrance free, however it has a pretty nice smell. I clean many things with it, including my phone, glasses, keyboard and mouse.
