Has been key in keeping my daughter's pain and swelling down after tonsillectomy. Love having a back up set of ice packs, easy to change out.

Worked very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. This was perfect after wisdom teeth removal. I would definitely recommend to have for anyone needing wisdom teeth removal surgery.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted a week ago and had this ordered on the Friday following the surgery. While it may look a bit silly, it works wonders. For the first few times I used it, it did smell a bit like a Sharpie marker, but it soon goes away with use (about 5 days after continuously using it).The velcro allows for easy adjustability, and the soft blue fabric and mesh makes it comfortable and non-invasive. When used on the head, the gel packs cover the lower cheek to the temples. The gel packs have a tendency to cool down to room temperature very quickly, but they're only supposed to be used 20-30 minutes at a time anyways.Since it comes with 4 gel packs, you can easily switch back and forth between the hot and cold compresses to easily reduce swelling and/or inflammation. However, it does take a bit of getting used to putting the gel packs in the wrap itself; you gotta forcefully smoosh them in there most of the time, they don't like to easily slide right in.This product is a useful, hands-off hot and cold compress that can be used for various parts of the body (though I only use it for my head).

I have TMJ and Chiari Malformation Type 1. This jaw pack helps alleviate my jaw pain and tension pain so much. 10/10 recommend.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the inserts don’t stay as cold as other brands.If you have room in your freezer, put them into the sleeve and then throw the whole thing into the freezer. If you freeze the inserts first, it’s more difficult to shove them in the pockets.Since my pandemic freezer is very full, this wasn’t something I could easily do, so what I ended up doing, was taking my other brand of insert and positioning it on top of the pocket so the sleeve still held it in place. Not ideal, but it works.

I had 11 teeth removed for dentures and this ice pack was a life saver. I liked that it was comfortable and the coldness lasted. It came with 2 extra packs to keep in the freezer to change them out. The first night I had to sleep elevated and I wore the ice pack at night and I could comfortably fall asleep with the ice on my jaw. I would think this would be wonderful for any dental work or injury to the jaw area and the strap keeps it in place and is hands free for when you are awake. Great product
