This product does not work. I tried it for one night. It kept me wide awake and gave me dreadful headache next day. I was hesitant to give it a second try and I ask Amazon for a refund. they tell me it’s not eligible.

Literally the ONLY product I trust for a good night's sleep! I struggle with all version of insomnia (trouble falling asleep at an appropriate time; waking in the middle of the night and staying up for hours; and waking several hours too early and not being able to get back to sleep) and this melatonin has been a life saver for falling asleep at a normal hour, and when i wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. It's pure, no icky extra junk inside, and its gentle.

Works well, is just melatonin. It's hard to find a brand that doesn't include mint flavoring or sweetener. I don't understand why.The price us great too!

I usually have a hard time sleeping. It could take me hours just to fall asleep.It's my first time trying melatonin and after 1 pill, I was fast asleep. My mind wasn't racing , I wasn't twisting and turning. All I could focus on was sleep.Really works for me!
