I had trouble with other brands but this one has only a few ingredients and works well. It tastes good and only takes a small amount to help me sleep. I like that it has a dosage marker on the dropper which takes the guesswork out of the equation. Also. It is not messy because of the dropper. This will be my go to for getting a restful night without a lot of additives.

I been dealing with insomnia for years (15+) I have tried every single pill for sleep, and every single brand of melatonin. And nothing helped and I would have nightmares, headaches, etc. Until I tried this brand, I don’t use the whole capsule, usually 1 capsule would last me for 3 days. I found that small about of melatonin is perfect for me, if I need more I just take a little be more if struggling to fall asleep.

I've been taking three at night and it helps me stay asleep through the night. Even if I get up to pee in the middle of the night, I can easily go back to sleep. Before, I'd stay up for an hour.

I actually bought this melatonin for my dog because I heard that melatonin is good for a lot of things in dogs.. my dog gets anxiety so I give her this to relax her.. I have been giving her one before bedtime.. I think it really helps her to relax. I’ve noticed that she’s more calm. And now I’m trying to give her one before we go for a walk in the morning to see if it will calm her down more to enjoy her walking. Her and I have tried it myself I take one before bed and I have found that actually has really helped me. I have a problem sometimes sleeping and I take sleeping pills. But after taking sleeping pills for a long time they don’t work as well. So I thought I would try this melatonin to see if it would help me and it actually does. So I get to help my dog, relax more and myself. This is a good product.

Literally the ONLY product I trust for a good night's sleep! I struggle with all version of insomnia (trouble falling asleep at an appropriate time; waking in the middle of the night and staying up for hours; and waking several hours too early and not being able to get back to sleep) and this melatonin has been a life saver for falling asleep at a normal hour, and when i wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. It's pure, no icky extra junk inside, and its gentle.
