How much quantity needed maximum for sunsun 304b single tray and will they ship in good packing as many review are about broken in shipping?

Not sure of exact quantity but 5 packs which is 10 pcs should be enough. I have always received broken pieces in all the packs ordered so far but it does affect the filtration quality.
