Aquascaping Smoky Mountain Seiryu Stone – Decorative Aquarium Rocks, Fish Tanks – 10 Lbs

They came super fast and I am amazed at how beautiful they are! There was 1 xlarge, 1 large, and 3 medium sized stones. The variety I received had not only a bunch of little pockets and ledges for planting and for fish to hide but also they had the most beautiful striations in the stone as shown in the second photo. Additionally some chipped off in transit so I guess I got some extra small stone technically to place in my tank. I took photos of the main rocks, after I rinsed off the dust, placed next to my 20 gal tank and 1 inch mollies for size comparison.

The Lifeguard Aquatics rocks are of very good quality. Everyone will get a unique assortment but the overall quality of each rock is very good and consistent. The packaging is excellent. Each stone individually wrapped in paper they are snugly fit into a double box with scrap plywood reinforcing the bottom and 2 sides. The other photo is how another company ships their rocks loose in an oversize box with no padding at all. That company starts with a "V" and ends with an "imi". Their rocks are 1 to 2 grades worse quality and back they go. I will be buying more Lifeguard products in the future.

I wasn’t happy at first with the rocks I received I needed fairly large rocks but I got 3 medium instead of 2 med and 1 large including the smalls. I was lucky because I needed to build a cave for my plecos and I wanted to make it out of Tupperware.. thankfully these beautiful stones allow you to get creative in which I did and it all worked out for the best. I turned and shifted them for a little and made the perfect cave without the nasty looking Tupperware. I even had enough to put into my beta tank and attach some anubias to it. Definitely a bang for your buck. Most pet stores over charge for these.

I got 9 rocks one big and the rest medium to small. The photo is all 9 in my 55 peacock cichlid tank. Id recommend these rocks for sure but just reference the photo to how many you will need. Nice dark color when wet and most were same color darkish grey when dry. Definitely cool texture and shape to my box

Great assortment of rocks, was provided what they advertise and then some. Shipping extremely fast too, received my order next day and they were packed excellently no cracks or broken bits because each rock was packaged individually. Will definitely buy more when I'm ready to rescape some of my other tanks.

The rocks them selves are nice enough, but a few have more white then I was hoping for. The sizes I received are not as advertised. My 25G kit did contain 6 smaller rocks, two medium sized rocks and one larger sized rock, however the dimensions mentioned for the product description are inaccurate. The medium and large one are undersized. The two medium sized rocks I received measure less then 7" on their longest axis and the large rock measures only 8" on its longest axis. So by their product description I received 8 small and 1 medium. The price was lower then other offerings and I like the rocks so no real loss, just not what was advertised.

like the look of the acid washed rock- received about 9 pieces with a few broken stubs added. Largest piece is great, value a little better than at LFS, however you don't have to carry this one home. Got 2 very tan colored pieces which I used as support under the substrate for larger pieces/driftwood stability, they do not match at all. I have several Lifegard Aquatics products- happy with them all. As purchasing sight unseen you cannot be sure but i was pleased. Some large rocks can be 50 to 100 for one rock locally which is insane, this set was at the top of my budget but needed hardscape quickly. Hasn't changed my water chemistry much (add to gh/kh /up ph), but i use active substrate and other things for my planted tanks. I like the way it looks, but if you have a big tank (over 55gal) it will be sparse (again depends on your design), between 15 to 40gal is best for this set IMO. happy scaping everyone

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of rocks that were sent to me. I was hoping this pack would give me what I needed to build a mountain scape and it did! My large rock was more wide than tall which made for a perfect base.

Look very cute in my tank. There's an extra stone in another tank. Good amount of stone in nice shapes to give a unique look to your tank.

Good, solid stone. Quartz veins add nice contrast. Great size selection.

I've got only one stone instead of two medium and three small. Very disappointed.

The rocks are nice shape and color. Suitable for 60p.
