What is the weight capacity?

I don't know the technical answer but I can tell you that I have quite a bit of stuff in mine. It holds all my diapers, wipes, medicines for baby, body washes and lotions. I also have swaddles and burp clothes all in them. I feel like it holds a lot of weight.

Does the 33 inch height include the hooks? If not, whats the full height when hanging, including the hooks?

I don't think it includes the hooks. The hooks add about 4 inches.

How an I purchase additional drawers for this hanging closet?

What is in the bottom of each shelf - is it cardboard for the full shelf? Looking to avoid cardboard-front only ones....

The whole shelf looks like linen it is stiff like cardboard. It’s a pretty sturdy organizer. Have it in my guest room instead of a dresser and my daughter really liked having the shelves.
