Brass Twin Handle Faucet
This is a great looking addition to the bathroom. My tub/shower is white-and I mean white and this is a fantastic addition to the appearance of the area-breaks up the white wonderfully. I received no plastic pieces - everything came unassembled and naturally had to have a plumber come in to assemble and install as I had not a clue what piece went where. I really like the duel handles-I had the single knob prior to this unit and I could never get the exact water temperature I wanted. With the duel handles it is so much easier to adjust water temperature. The handles do feel loose but plumber said that is not an issue. The shower head is great-I have the flow I need and want. Very nice unit. I feel the price is right too. So far no complaints.

nice twist
this is a nice product but be prepared to use the included rough in kit to redo the plumbing in the shower, was not a pleasent process considering the age of the house i put it in but once i got the new plumbing to jive with the old plumbing without leaking it was a good addition to the bathroom renovation

Quality control issue
Contractor installed the product. Found it had a leak in the hot water side. There is a grove in the metal , quality control issue. It happens. Then I try to get I touch with company and that was a hassle. Cut off twice. Third time I was instructed on how to go on the website and get a replacement part. I don’t want to do anymore leg work. So I will uninstall the product and find a better product. So hey maybe if you don’t get a faulty part, this faucet might be great for you. Take a chance. I mean hey it’s pretty. Customer service, here’s an idea, make it real easy to get a replacement part. You get better reviews that way.
