Bottle had sealed plastic around the lid and a paper seal inside the lid, so you can be sure it's not tampered with. If you've not tried this supp before, try it when you don't have anywhere to be or a 1-2 hours before bed. Everyone may respond a little different, but for me (highly sensitive to supps), it was extremely relaxing, even with the first dose. Toothpick for size reference. Do your research (PEA + effects on anandamide), and speak with your Dr, especially if you have preexisting conditions. This supp does what's advertised and is worth a try. Keep in mind if Amazon has to wait for it to ship to an east coast warehouse, that will likely add 3 days to total shipping time. I don’t even know where to start. This is in my top 5 favorite supplements on earth. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It helps with my mood. I didn’t buy it to enhance my mood though. I bought it to help with some pain I had with neuropathy. It helps with the pain AND helps with my mood. It also gives me energy but not in a jittery way. One day I took it before a workout. During the workout, I noticed that I had significantly more strength than normal. I don’t understand what this pill is or what it does but it’s freaking awesome. Every morning, I give my husband vitamins and supplements. I’m always researching nutrition and I do my best to keep me & my family healthy. I added this pill to his morning vitamin intake cup one day. He took it and came back to me two hours later asking me what i had put in there that was different and telling me he felt great. Do not buy. This does not work. I have taken PEA for the last ten years. The product I have taken is the same government monitored supplement from overseas that sadly is no longer available in the US. I tried this new product for five days and by the fifth day was in unrelenting inflammatory pain.

Wow great mood boosting and energizing effects on top of anti inflammatory however you build a permanent tolerance quite quickly. By the end of a bottle it has no effect at all even if you take two weeks off. Nootropics depot pregnenlone is like that too. If you want an temporary alternative to NSAID this is a good choice but just don’t buy some large count bottle
