It’s comfy. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My New Puppy *by C***L on June 12, 2010* I was in need of bed protection after we took in a 4 week old puppy that needed extra attention and I was putting on the bed with me at night.I purchased the product after reviewing many other sites, the cost was at least 50% less then the lesser quality brands at Overstock. I figured I would try and see the price was so cheap, I wouldn't be that upset if they turned out to be a waste of money. If they were superior, then I could save my expensive mattress and pillows. The cases were more then I was planning for, the terry cloth is so cozy you could see without a pillow case. The material is light weight and not hot, some how the material stays cool, even with a 'plastic, waxy' inter lining. I purchased 2 sets, I should have cleared the racks this was a super buy of a superior product. I am upset after all that I didn't buy more!! I purchased the mattress cover as well, I was so used to paying top dollar for a mattress pad that still just wasn't a perfect fit or exactly what I was looking for. The mattress cover is THE BEST I have ever owned. I have washed the entire setup several time already and the dryer on low or no heat is fine no more damp spots or burned padding in the dryer. The fit is a dream and the shirting material is more of a mesh so it is a slip on and around the corners and you are done no more working on a heavy mattress cover. I don't even need my husbands help any more making sure the other side of the mattress cover comes off the mattress well trying to get the rest of it on. such a wonderful product I wish I'd know of this company and their wonderful product a few years and several hundreds of dollars ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, 2 "small" issues *by D***P on March 21, 2019* As far as comfort, this chair is spot on, especially for the price. As show in the picture however, the two holes inserts are defective. The screws won't get a bite and secure the back to the seat. As a result the chair can not be leaned back in or the only two screws will strip out. Keeping the seat locked in an upright position the chair is quite comfortable. I give 4 stars because I've contacted the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement seat as soon as possible. From the moment I hit send on the email to the manufacturer, it was less than 1 hour of a few back and forth emails (mainly describing the issue and sending the picture) before they decided to send a replacement seat. So not only is the chair quite comfortable for the price, but the customer service is above reproach. They even went so far as to state a possible refund from them, NOT Amazon, and not needing to even send back the product (this of course was dependent upon the problem). This company is clearly focused on a quality product and customer service. Will update when new seat arrives and is installed. ### ⭐ Meh.... meh? Nah it’s good. *by B***N on June 16, 2019* Chair is good new but there were some frayed stitches and install was a pain in the ass for the back. Pretty sure I had to cross thread half the screws since they didn’t line up. For the price though it’s not bad quality but it really stinks from the factory. Would recommend a good cleaning after you put it together.update: 26NOV2019Chair cushions still fine, the lean though has now been stuck in the farthest back position and i can not upright the chair. Rating has been dropped to 1 star until seller or manufacturer get back to me with either replacement chair or part to fix this.Update 30NOV19I was in contact with customer service immediately after writing my update. They provided options to correct the jammed up part. Nothing worked so they immediately sent out an entire replacement chair free of charge. I can not stress this enough this was not a paid review. I’ll be adjusting my review to 5 stars solely because the return/replacement and fantastic customer service. Just don’t sit back too hard on the chair I guess and it won’t jam up like mine? Also this one didn’t smell at all and use a drill instead of hand tools and you can put it together in 15 minutes.UPDATE 09-12-2020I've had this replacement chair for a little less than a year now and I've updated my review. In short do yourself a favor and save for a quality chair. This one has little to no back support when standing upright. i feel like I'm hunching over while sitting against the back support. The bottom cushion is lopsided and almost non existent now. Don't expect it to hold a tilted position after you get up and come back, the position with make a loud snapping cracking sound and change positions. Using the chair fully leaned back WILL cause the metal hydraulic piston to bend and cause early wobble and tilting. This has caused my seating position to be crooked and puts strain on my neck and back. The faux leather is a low quality so make sure you don't bump up against anything or else it will rip and tear.
