How many uses are in a bottle?

It will all depend on how much product you use per application. Some will use more than others. The bottle has 2 fl oz (60ml). With recommended use, the 1 bottle should use a fairly long time, and some of our customers have reported it lasts between 1 and 3 months.

What do you neutralize it with?

Most customers simply neutralize it by washing the Peel off with water and then applying a Toner, if they want. (We Recommend Voibella's Toning Mist). If you want to neutralize the acid more quickly and effectively, you can easily make your own neutralizing solution. Just mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 1/2 cups of water. Dip a clean cotton pad into the baking soda solution and squeeze out most of the excess liquid. Then gently dab on your skin. It will neutralize the acid and stop the peeling process.

Should the bottle have come with a seal on it? Mine did not have one...

No, I do not think it has a seal. Its a seal less pressure sealed bottled. If you suspect something is wrong with the bottle, please contact Voibella Support, they will be happy to assist.
