This tea taste really great and it says it’s dieters tea which I did lose some weight but the main thing that I love about this is it fixed all my gut problems and I’ve been suffering from gut problems for years . This has honestly helped me regulate my stomach. One a day works great, I’m sure you could take 2, if needed. There’s no taste to it and if you find taste it’s VERY light. Love this tea!

It just tastes weird, almost an earthy mold. I guess as a "once in a while" beverage for health it's okay.
