How do you adjust the size of the wrist? I see it has those little notches but I don't know how to move the band. please help!

How do I get the adjustment to move after I open the clasp?

Why is there condensation in watch face? How can I remove it?

If the watch moving from a very warm environment to a very cold environment may be for condensation to occur. Please pay attention to press your crown tightly after adjusting the time.If this happens, we have the following suggestions: 1.Place the watch in a closed container filled with either salt, uncooked rice, or silica gel satchels for a day or two. 2.Pull out the crown and place the watch either under a lamp or in the sun. 3.Take your watch to a watch repairer. If you have more questions, please contact us, we will be happy to serve you.
