It's a super subtle hint of a pill after a few washes, but nothing cheap looking. I love the fit, the feel, just what I needed. And I've worn these two nightgowns exclusively for 2 weeks! It's a treat each time I'm ready to change and the other goes in the wash. I do like other one a smidge more bc it's just below the knee, has long sleeves, and had pockets. But I really like this blue one too. Would definitely buy it again.
