Do they come in 2 separate bags or 1 larger one for storage?

The jacket folds into a pocket for storage. There is no bag for the trousers.

Do you actually have size 2 years. Brought one and youve sent 3-4 which weve already got but need a smaller size

Is this padded at all to keep you warm?

No it's not padded. It's a waterproof shell. Would need a fleece or hoodie underneath if the weather is cold.

Is this also windproof?

It seems to be yes. My daughter has had it a while now and it's always been good in wind and rain.
