What is the maximum weight that can be used to press this mold?

When I use the large cheese mold for hard cheeses like pressing parmesan I use 10lbs and it works well. I haven't tried above 10 lbs but I also find many cheesemaking recipes overdo the weights. When making cheese at home these small wheels really don't need the heavy cheese press weights that large commercial wheels of cheese need.
