Cleans, deodorizes, and soothes in the shower!
I’ve been using this gel/ soap in the shower for about 2 years now. As a perimenopausal woman, I have definitely noticed an increase in sweating, even during sleep. This potentially increases redness & irritation under my breasts, under my arms, as well as in the groin area. I understand the need to keep these areas dry to prevent infections & painful irritations. I read how peppermint oil, tea tree oil, and aloe, work together, in a soap or gel wash, to treat & prevent skin irritations & itching. I found the perfect product in this shower gel. It contains all three of those oils, as well as other healing oils/ extracts. I use this gel in the areas that I mentioned, but use a shower gel or moisturizing soap for the rest of my body. I don’t want to go through this product too quickly, and I like the scents of my other soaps. This does not smell bad at all, and once the shower is done, the scent quickly dissipates. It is a strong scent, mostly due to the peppermint & tea tree oils. I just prefer other scents, that I can layer with a body lotion or moisturizer. When I use this faithfully, I don’t have a problem in the areas that I previously described. It is a wonderful product & I keep it stocked. I’ve begun using it on my mom, who is very elderly, and can’t get around as she used to. When she has bladder leakages, I’ll help clean her with this product, and she stays clean and dry, with no irritation. She says that it is also cooling, which helps her to feel refreshed. I will continue to purchase this product. Oh… and you only need to use a small amount at a time, as it is very rich.

New favorite bodywash
I tried three different brands of medicated soap/body wash and this was by far my favorite. I'll explain why and in turn, tell you ahead of time, the other two (reviews in my history) might be better for you. My main skin problem has to do with a big climate change I went through years ago. I'm originally from California, where rain is limited, the temperatures rarely get in the very hot range or even nearing cold range. I now live in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. Where 95 in August with 100% humidity is common and 5 with 30 MPH wind gusts is common in February. Lots of rain for 9 months of the year then lots of snow for the other 3 months. My mom, also from California, has adjusted well but does have some dry skin problems in the Winter. I have constant dry skin problems year round. My dermatologist finds it perplexing because the dryness is only on my arms, chest and back. He prescribes me a bottle of lotion each winter that deals with what most people here call, "Winter Itch". The other two medicated soaps/body washes I tried from Amazon dried my arms and chest out even more than usual. They felt very medicated and strong. This Remedy one feels medicated, but not near as strong. I would even call it "tame" compared to the other two. Considering I wasn't looking to kill a fungal infection or any of the other skin ailments listed, I realized I needed this tamer one. Scent is a big deal with me since I don't like to smell like medicine. This one has a somewhat strong, almost overwhelming even smell of mint when you first open it/pour into hand/onto cloth. It also has the cooling tingle, but once you wash the soap and lather off the mint scent is gone and it's replaced with a clean, soft scent. I probably use too much of it as my bottle is already empty. It makes me feel energized in the morning, refreshed and clean. It also reduces the dry blotches on my arms and chest. It's still hard for me to say by how much since I still use the prescribed lotion, but most importantly, this soap doesn't irritate my skin like the others I tried. You might think I'm crazy, but I'm here to order six more bottles of it with a gift card I received for Christmas. One of the best skin products I've bought from Amazon. I now want to add that those who need these types of soaps for skin ailments, you might be better off doing like I did and ordering a couple different brands at one time. It seems these soaps vary in strength, skin reaction and scent. This one is for me though.

Refreshing
This product does not have an overpowering scent, is clear, and while somewhat tingling, it's not overwhelming and does not burn even when used on entire body at once. I dropped 1 star because it leaves the skin feeling kind of dry after rinsing off, but it does rinse off easily and thoroughly without leaving any residue and seems to be an authentic product with quality ingredients. Okay value for the money, cheaper than other similar products but on the small side. It would be better if there was a pump, but this is just a pour out pop top, similar to a shampoo bottle. Overall, I felt clean after using.

I like it along with other products
A little goes a long way. Now does this work for everything. No. Does it help with lots. I think so. It is even helping tone down my 7yr Olds underarm odor. He is an active boy and is starting to smell very earthly lol. The safe kids deodorant does not work well. They smell good initially but don't last. This tones down his scent for a couple of days ALONG with Wonder Balm. He could take a bath daily put on kid friendly deodorant and have a loud earthly smell as soon as he came home from school. This gives him the GOOD earthly smell with wonder balm. Like heavenly nature. Very sweet earthly smell. If that makes sense. Now I have him use the old school Yellow Dial bar soap. We usually use Dove sensitive as a family. But that doesn't clean his armpits. I usually can still smell very strong "Earth" the bad kind. I sometimes aslo use this Soap tea tree and peppermint to wash under his arms maybe 2twice a week. And then wonder balm and he has zero smell after school. It's amazing. Zero smell after basketball. So yeah. It works for that. Also rashes. Maybe it depends on which kind. I think it helps.. Now. My daughter had some crazy rash on the bottom of her foot. She is not in day care but she loves to run outside with no shoes or socks and jump on the trampoline. We live in a rural area and I have no idea what gave her a rash. But that was the initial reason this . I like to try homeopathic options before reaching out to medical help. Especially if I feel I can handle it myself. Her foot was itching and I first tried hydrocortisone which is what I'm sure Dr's would have told me to try for the itch. I only saw redness on her foot. But after a day or two of that he foot was still itching. And I found this. Now this helped a little but her foot was still bothering her. I then started using wonder balm along with washing her foot with Remedy Soap drying her foot. Then adding wonder balm AND.....WAIT FOR IT...... VICKS VAPOR RUB! Guys don't sleep on the power of a jar of view vapor rub. That and wonder balm( I don't know which helped lol) but this wash alone did not totally help.) The washing and drying and then wonder balm and vapor rub helped a Lot. I'm so thankful to God for healing powers in the form of natural things. And (good immune systems) but i started to see the spreading on the bottom of her foot stop (it was only surface red) and start to dry out. (Wish I had pics) I did this morning and night. I saw the botton of her foot in that area dry out then it peeled and then it healed. God is good. But then her hands started itching. 🤔🤔 red under surface red spots (not bumps or blisters ) but red spots like pressure spots.one hand was itching then the other. I didn't see anything in her mouth or on her face to say Hand foot mouth. And I've never experienced that in our home (3 kids) .... or have we??? Idk She's in gymnastics so maybe on her hands from grabbing the bar. Idk. But this stuff worked. And from what I hear HFM is highly contagious. And no one else including myself got it. God is good. Anyway. This helped tremendously with vicks vapor run and wonder balm. Then my boys both got a rash on their hands 🤔🤔🤔🤔 where their hands were peeling. (ARE they using too much hands sanitizer at lunch??) They are eczema prone. So I changed their gel hands sanitizer to a more sensitive (California baby sensitive Hand sanitizer in their lunch boxes) plus washed their hands with remedy soap dry hands and put wonder balm on plus vicks. And everything is all good. All credit to God FIRST! he allowed healing but he allowed something to work as well. So. Which was it?. The soap? The vicks wonder balm or all of the above. I can slather on the vicks at 5 dollar for big jar and a tinge of wonder balm. But this alone and wonder balm for my 7yr Olds underarm scent is worth it! But this is good to have just in case any else happens. I would love to always have these 3 items at home for rashes and skin irritations. Prayerfully one of them works. I also wash my feet with Remedy Soap and use vicks on my feet to help with any weird slothing on my big toes. I'm just really learning about fungus on skin and stuff. All I new was ring worm whe. I was younger. But I'm learning your toes don't have to be discolored or black or nail coming off to have foot fungus. And nor do only "nasty people" get fungus infections rather mild medium or severe. I think we have it amd maybe dont know it or realize it. I'm 40 and VERY in tune with my body amd starting to notice different things as I age. Getting OLD-er is beautiful. Lol. I don't run to the doctor for everything. I try to figure it out first. Unless it's a sure enough emergency. After paying for health insurance and they still find a way to charge you out of pocket for talking about your arm too when u went in for your foot is RIDICULOUS. So yeah. I'll be figuring things out until I can't lol. You be the judge of your own body and family's body. Lol. As the non professional Doctor and nurse in my house this will stay in rotation in my cabinets along with Oregenol for other things. Have a happy healthy life journey guys! I've attached a picture of items mentioned

Consistent quality so far
Repeated purchase. I’ve probably gotten this over 7 times, for me and my family. Just one time one bottle came broken, luckily they send it in a bag so the other items in the package weren’t affected, and I asked for a refund without a problem. The rest of the time I’ve just had excellent experiences ordering this product. One time it got really expensive (close to the holidays) so I switched it to a similar/ cheaper product, but came back to this one. What I like it’s the feeling of cleanliness and freshness (careful, don’t use too much, test it first and see how you feel). It helped with some random skin stain I’d get on my neck sometimes, it cleared up. Avoid the genital area, it will cause immense cold stinging. It’s also written on the label but I was late to read it. Because of the price I use slightly less now and purchase it in “slower months,” anytime that isn’t Nov-Dec-Jan because I’ve seen the cost get really high. I often keep an eye out for this one. I love how I’ve gotten consistent results throughout the years, hope they don’t change the formula!!

Buy the soap, lose the funk.
Ok, this may be a bit long, but it will make sense. I had 2 issues I was trying to correct, and this soap fixed both. First, my 20 year old daughter came home from college for the summer and she had a funk smell. I talking about that smell of a gym bag, sitting in the trunk of your car with 4 teenager sneakers and gym clothes...for a week. Almost vomit inducing. The smell had permeated some of her winter coats. It was gross. She bathed Dailey and wore over the counter deodorant ....but it wasn’t hacking it. So I went to the Internet and amazon and searched for better deodorant. I then read about the long term issues with aluminum in deodorant, and decided I wanted to go natural deodorant, and lose the antiperspirant. I bought her some feminine smelling stuff, and got me some men smelling stuff. She went back to school and I thought I fixed her issue. I didn’t. I then developed a nasty rash under my armpits and my own funk. It hurt and I smelled. That sucked. I assumed I was allergic to the natural deodorant, which a lot of reviewers noted on Amazon. I was wrong. I already knew of the antiseptic properties of tea tree stuff. So on a whim I put a small amount of tea tree foot lotion on my armpits before bed. Woke up the next day and the rash was gone. Not a trace left. I then realized the rash was bacteria....the same stuff that causes body order a/k/a funk. The light bulb went off....I needed a tee tree soap. So I bought this stuff. This stuff did the job for both me and my daughter. She has no funk, I have no funk, and I haven’t had any rash for the month I have been using it, This soap kills the bad bacteria on your body NATURALLY. It really works. It has a spa like smell in the shower, but virtually no smell when you are dry. I was going to give this 4 stars due to value, but I was wrong once again. I use a small dime size squirt of this soap and it covers my whole body. I assume the aloe is what makes it so slick. Very little lather too, which is a good thing (google it). The bottle is 1/2 the size of the stuff you buy at the grocer, and almost 2x as much. However, I have been using this for about a month and have barely put a dent in it. Therefore, this is a pretty good value. To summarize: this soap destroys the bacteria that causes rashes and odor. It is all natural, and allows you to use natural deodorants without fear of the funk. It does not dry out your skin either, but it is not a moisturizing soap either. It is neutral. I highly recommend. I will buy it again.

Left me feeling squeaky clean... AND itchy
Pros: 1. You feel squeaky clean. Literally. Squeaking clean. 2. Scent - it smells nice. Not a frou-frou girly smell and not a 53 yr old overweight used car salesman cologne smell. It’s a squeaky clean smell. Cons: 1. You are literally squeaky clean because there is no moisture left in your skin. 2. I’m not sure how it does it but this stuff does lather up initially, I will say that I have to use way more than a quarter size amount. Probably .75 cents in quarters. But as I wash myself with the super “lathery” lather, it kind of disappears. The Albert Einstein in me says “of course it disappears you idiot, the lather is on your body and you being quite the tall drink of water, that’s a fair amount of lather.” But when this lather disappears it really disappears. You know what I mean. Or maybe you don’t. So for example, after washing yourself you rinse out your washing/de-skinning apparatus a.k.a. The “scrubby doohickey” or venerable old school washcloth. That task usually involves several iterations of rinsing and squeezing to remove the remaining soap and suds because there’s still a lot of soap left in the cleaning apparatus. However, not so with this soap. I find by the time I get to my feet I’m already debating squeezing another .50 (in size not value) of soap onto my now sudless cleaning device. My point to all this is that when the bubbles go - they are gone. Your cleaning apparatus is squeaking clean and so is your body. When I’m done showering I’m super squeaky clean to the point that I feel dry and kind of itchy. I end up going all cray-cray with my beard oil and rubbing it on my arms and legs. No my arms and legs do not have hair like a beard, I just don’t like being all dried out like a raisin. (Not a fan of raisins but I do love me some Craisins.). So yeah I’m going to remove this from my subscribe and save because: a). It’s too expensive to keep having to squirt more soap on my de-skinning apparatus (aka a scrubby) b). I feel all dried up after showering. I’m sure it’s doing a great job of de-skinning the dead skin cells on my lanky self, but invariably I feel squeaky clean to the point of feeling dry and itchy. Some of you may say “That’s exactly what I want or what the soap is supposed to do!” Well in my years of washing myself, both in a shower or in the field out of a small pail, I have never been a fan of dry skin. This stuff dries me out faster than the Betty Ford clinic.

Sweaty summertime staple
This particular soap was recommended to me by a friend for summertime sweat rash treatment. It works great. I gently wash the affected area 2 times daily and it clears up quickly. Love the peppermint smell.

Absolutely brilliant
My husband regularly gets red prickly rashes down the inside of his legs and between his cheeks. Most of our research led us to believe it could be Jock Itch or similar but none of the usual treatments for that seemed to help. We had tried Sudocream, antifungals, cidal soap and more but it just didn’t help. When I came across this soap I wasn’t sure as it’s quite costly but the other reviews seemed positive so I gave it a go. Literally from the first wash it worked instantly. He’s not had a problem with it ever since. As others mentioned, it does dry you out but that’s exactly why it works. As my husband puts it ‘it feels like it’s stripping the mucus layer off of your balls!’. I have a feeling we will be buying many of these in the future. It’s a great sized bottle too! I’d compare it to a Molton and Brown sized bottle.
