Product came in a really nicely packaged box with a separate glass screw top container for the glass dropper incase you dont want to leave the dropper in the bottle. It smells really fresh and clean and has a wide room coverage range. I put min in the kitchen and it can be smelled in the living, dining, and bedroom. I love the fact that its USDA certified organic and it doesn't make my kids cough when I run it all day in my diffuser. I would be giving 5 stars, the only down side was more from my husband than myself, he said the air can feel "thick" in our home if I dont get the water to oil ratio just right.
