Greatest snack on earth!

Used to purchase San Francisco Sourdough Pretzels from Costco. Always fresh and tasty. Haven’t seen them in years as they discontinued them. Saw these on Amazon and jumped to purchased a barrel right away. Bad decision as they were stale and mostly broken. Don’t know where they got there stock, but I would say that’s what was left over when Costco quit carrying them a few years ago. Very disappointed.

One tub with 100% broken pieces must have been result of factory defect not shipping issue. Other tub, in same box, was o.k. Taste still good. Just aggravating aesthetically.

I am so very impressed, the pretzels are delicious and what I was so surprised about was the way they were packed. There were no broken pretzels! I have been an Amazon customer and I can't begin to tell you the awful condition of foods due to careless packing. This was packed so well that the container couldn't roll around in the box, every pretzel was intact and fresh and crispy. I will order this again and again!

I was happy to see this product on Amazon since Costco stopped selling it. My first order online arrived relatively fresh as evidenced by its flavor, texture and appearance of crisp grains of salt. My second order arrived with many small broken pieces, stale taste and appearance, with what looked like melted salt no longer appearing as crystals, and not worth the price of $25!

For more than 20 years, we used to purchase San Francisco Sourdough Pretzels (52 oz barrel) from COSTCO. They were always delicious. The product has not been available in their stores. nor at their on-line website for many years now. Was happy to find them available at amazon. Disappointed when they arrived because a large percentage of pretzels were broken. Also, they were not as crisp as expected and taste a little stale, even though the expiration date is listed as January 2025. In addition, most of the salt had fallen off the pretzels. This is another indication that this order of pretzels has been laying around somewhere for quite a while.

I love the taste of the pretzels. I have been enjoying the pretzels for more than 10 years. The same brand pretzels were a constant office treat, & now I order them for home. I would order more often if the cost was lower. . The container keeps them fresh for a long time. But, I feel the pretzels are overpriced.

I used to buy this for 13.00 from Cosco but they quit carrying it, the pretzel is great no complaints about the quality or taste I just can’t afford the price 32.00 is way too much for this product I need to add to my review I will never buy this product again not only are the corporate management as dense as I have ever seen but they are not very good management if I was a stock holder or a owner I would be firing all of the officers of this company you have a great product but you are raping your customers charging 3 times what your product is worth with your retailers and not allowing anyone from emailing you complaints, I have switched to utzs pretzels which are a good substitute and fairly priced, to the San Francisco pretzel company I say fu you are the dumbest bunch ever and to all the customers who continue to buy this product, come on really what is wrong with you start standing up and quit getting taken advantage of switch to a different product the best I have found is UTZ but check out who you think is best but quit spending your money on a over priced product that doesn’t care about you except for your money
