After trying many different colon cleanse products, this is the #1, the best ever! This product was recommended by my Dr. I use this everyday faithfully and it works great and makes me feel so much better inside my body after each cleanse. My health is important to my life. It takes time to get adjusted to the right dosage that works for each individual. Be patient!!! Drink a bottle of water with this each time you take it and drink enough water throughout the day. It’s worth the cost to have something that works great and no longer feeling miserable. I’ve wasted lots of money on cheap products, but no more! Quality is most important! It’s not easy to find just anywhere. Not many places to choose from. As great as this product works, I’m surprised that it’s not advertised much. It takes longer for shipping than all my amazon orders. I’m satisfied with the shipping though, I just order ahead of time knowing I will be receiving it within 5 days or so. As long as I use this faithfully every day, I have the best results.

I’ve tried almost every solution out there, but nothing truly worked — until I found Global Healing Center’s Oxy‑Powder Colon Cleanse Detox. This product is the only one that consistently provides relief. It’s gentle, effective, and makes a noticeable difference without the discomfort or inconsistency I experienced with other options. I am wheelchair bound and hence have a slow bowel which can become rather uncomfortable when full. I have been using Oxy-powder for the better part of 9 years and am still amazed by what it does. I have yet to get runny stool from it...ever! I have followed the directions and have found by ideal number of capsules to be 6. I have never had an "urgent" need to have a BM and have always gone 2-3 times a day after a three day cleanse. I do this 2-3 times a month and am quite comfortable the rest. A few tips: 1. Follow the directions initially and, if needed, increase gradually the number of capsules. 2. DO NOT EAT before taking them. The chemical process is very precise and needs your stomach acid as a catalyst. While there is citric acid in the Oxy-powder, if you have low stomach acid or take antacids, you may want to drink your water with lemon juice in it; I have and it seems to have given things a boost. 3. DO NOT DRINK A LOT OF WATER when you take your capsules. Drinking a lot of water when taking your capsules will have the same effect as eating. I have always found 6 capsules with 8-12 ounces of water to be ideal. Drinking water the next morning and day seems to enhance the process really saturating the intestines, especially if you have constipation or a densely impacted bowel. 3. The science, as I understand it after researching the ingredients, behind the process is that the initial process takes place in the stomach where the powder and acid mixes and uses the water as a vehicle into the intestines. Water is retained in the intestines continuously mixes with the Oxy-powder and follow on water consumed and generates an oxidation process along the walls and between the fecal matter, effectively "Loosening" the stool and relaxes wall muscles allowing for the productive and strain-free BMs. 4. I follow up this cycle with probiotics and feel great with regular BMs for some weeks. I have more energy, am not gassy and notice my immune system keeps me well much longer in cold/flu season. I cannot recommend this product enough. It has not only made me feel better and kept me out of the doctor, when I do go for checkups, my doctor and I talk about it and how many people he has helped (including himself) with bowel issues. All of this on my recommendation to him, his further research into it, and then his personal use. This product has been a blessing preventing me from having an additional health concern in my life.

Having been completely high-dose laxative dependent for years, this stuff has literally saved me. I am disabled with multiple co-morbidities that affect my ability to poop. TMI, I know, but you're here looking at a poop solution for yourself so I'm going to be open & honest. I was on over 500mg of stool softeners a day plus 3-4x a normal dose of sennecot for YEARS. It was no way to live. I am completely off of ALL stool softeners & laxatives now & have been for several months since I started Oxy-Powder, only taking 3-5 of these a night. It works fast (like the next day right after I started taking it) & I poop every day without fail now. You probably won't need as much as I do either because I have severe bowel endometriosis which is as bad as it gets. It's stage 4 & has completely infiltrated my bowels, bladder & it's even in my lungs. I have to keep things loose & moving daily or it literally feels like I'm being ripped open from the inside out. This stuff has helped to prevent me from moving forward with going under the knife again to have parts of my bowel resected, so in my opinion, I can't more highly recommend it. Thank you to Global Healing for creating this product which is far superior to any other magnesium supplement I've ever tried. It even works better than Milk of Magnesia which I don't need to tell you is NASTY. There's absolutely no taste to the capsules & I have no problem swallowing them. 4 per night is my magic number & I really hope you'll give them a try. My only complaint is the price. It's about $100 for a 2 month supply in my case but I don't have a choice at this point. When I get my blog started I will seriously brag on this product & would help promote it because I'm such a believer! Try it! I would be shocked if you were disappointed!

These work VERY well! I've been using them off and on since about 2008. You will go #2 after taking and drinking some warm lemon water or eating some fruit after taking helps as well. If you don't go poo after taking, I'd recommend taking a few more than you did the night before. Stay hydrated and just know it's not diarrhea. Your waste will solidify back to normal once it expels what needs to be expelled first. It's actually gentle and won't cause cramping or anything like that. Now, you will feel things moving, but it's gentle. If you've never taken these, I'd recommend being close to or having easy access to a bathroom. and if you feel like you have to pass gas, go to the bathroom to do so. You may have more than gas come out. Once you know how you will respond to this amazing product, you don't have to be so near a bathroom. I keep a bottle or two on hand when me or others may feel backed up/bloated.

Mom has had many heart problems through the years 3 1/2 years ago mom fell and broke her leg. She went to the hospital to have surgery. While the hospital she had a stroke. The stroke made it difficult for her to eliminate waste. Also, she has crohn’s disease. This supplement took care of those problems. When she came home she had lost ability to walk and she felt numb. Doctors did not give us much hope of her recovering. But I do not give up. I have graduate degrees. I believe that good research not only saves lives but adds to the quality of life. As for me, I have cerebral palsy and struggled all my life with constipation. Cerebral palsy causes constipation yet doctors never tell you this information. This supplement ended my suffering! It is safe and effective. Eating as much organic food that is homemade as much as you can. There are so many harmful chemicals in food that is processed by big food companies. This supplement is great for people who suffer from neurological problems like Strokes cerebral palsy, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). and cannot eliminate waste. I have used other supplements, but none of them work as well as this one does both for both me and my Mom. Best on the market! I was not paid to write this review.
