Excellent recipes, recommendations, and techniques
I haven't had a chance to try a lot of the recipes in here yet, I'm still working on perfecting the basics. However, I could recommend this book for his rub recipes alone. I now make my own rubs for BBQ and it has made a tremendous difference in flavor profiles. The reason I enjoy this book so much is because it is intended for back yard BBQ'ers and has simple, easy to follow recipes you can cook any night of the week. If you are looking for competition secrets, this isn't the book for you. I'm still eager to try out some of the other recipes, but that will come in time, there are only so many BBQs I can squeeze into a week.

New BBQ Bible For Me.
I have quite a few BBQ cookbooks as I am always looking for something new to try. I purchased Myron's first cookbook and while I enjoyed it, I wasn't blown away by it. However, with this cookbook, Myron has raised the bar for all BBQ cookbook authors. Everyday Barbecue has a terrific selection of sauce's and recipes, many of them I have never seen before. I am constantly on the lookout for the holy grail of bbq sauces. The sauce recipes Myron shares in this book have proven to be a great starting point for making my quest for my own sauce. I highly recommend this for the beginning BBQ cook as well as those who have been cooking for a while. Great Job Myron, I am VERY impressed.

Everyday barbecue
I was watching the barbecue pitmasters program over the weekend and I came across Myron Mixon because he was one of the judges and the cook-off so I figured I'd order one of his books. By the title of the book I thought he would cover all the topics between grills, smokers, pellet grills and the oven which he does only in the introduction of the book. I was hoping this would be more of a beginner step by step guide which it is not. The first 10 pages are introductions and the remainder of the book is recipes. I was hoping for more answers to reasons why he does certain things as he's smoking different versions of meat. Good morning deaf into seasonings, preparation, time and temperature which he does not. If you're griller and want some tasty recipes by all means I highly recommend the book. .

Unter anderem beschreibt er in kurzen zรผgen klassische Grundrezepte , Sauce, Mob, Rub etc. mit Zutaten die auch bei uns einfach zu bekommen sind. Danach gibt er auch noch seine Rezepthighlights zum Besten welche auf Grund der Basics absolut EASY zum nachkochen sind, Tips von einem Profi der weiss was er tut. Das Buch ist ein vergnรผgen zu lesen da immer wieder Wortschmankerl von Myron einfliesen, und Ja man lernt wirklich noch was als Kรถnner und noch mehr als Anfรคnger. viel Spaร beim Schmรถkern keep it low and slow
