The product is great, and I really appreciate the seller's team pulling off an 11:00 PM delivery so I had my order in time for a party. However, paying a £30 delivery charge for an inaccurate tracking ID and a late package was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, desertcart reported the item as delivered when it wasn't. Without an independent phone line to call the company, I was left feeling helpless and assumed I was scammed for a full day. The team was very responsive once contacted, but providing a direct phone number and accurate tracking would save future customers a massive amount of anxiety.
