Giving this five stars because the seller shipped very promptly and immediately acknowledged my need to return the item for a refund. This is a very good supplier. Unfortunately, based upon another reviewer’s 1 Star review, I contacted Samsung and was told this mount is not recommended for my 82” QLED TV (model QN82Q7DRAFXZA) purchased at Costco. The Amazon description says “No Gap Wall Mount for 82 & 85” Q-Series TVs (2019 Version”, but apparently not all QSeries TVs. When you are hanging a $3,000, 100# TV and the manufacturer says don’t use that mount, you need to listen. To be fair and accurate, the Samsung Customer Care agent I first spoke to transferred me to another person who kept me on hold while he investigated the mount. So, I am not sure the people I talked to at Samsung had all the right information. My concern at this point is that mount apparently connects to only two of the four mounting holes on the back of the TV, and that is a lot of weight.

Excellent design by Samsung. TV sets flat to the wall. Looks fantastic! The cost is high but worth it if you want that professional look. I did!

I had my mount and TV installed by Best Buy. Fit perfectly on my wall studs and extremely sturdy. I have the 2019 Samsung QLED 82 inch Q90R. It is only "no-gap" for my TV, at the actual back panel. The sides of the TV still stick out about 7/8 inch as you can see in the side shot of the photo. For my application it works just fine as no one but me will ever notice it while watching it, as it is setup in my theater room. As you can see from the front side picture, you can't tel, it just looks like a big TV....well in my theater room the wall it sits on, is 11x13 feet and with the wall color, it has the appearance of looking small..hopefully when I paint the wall dark it will appear bigger. I watched the installers and the mount wasn't hard to install, putting the TV up was another issue, all three of us had to lift it and balance it to get it up, so bring some friends if your mounting the 2019 Q90R. 4 stars only because of the small gap, which is more from the way the TV is shaped in the back. however, the mount is specific for my model, so if you say no gap, I expect it to be truly no gap.

Worked as advertised and the installation was made easy with the added template to use to mark your holes. Great product!

Samsung does not warn that this only fits the 82” Q9. I have the Q9. Biggest waste of my time and the installers time when I had to swap out the current mount. Now I have to spend more time to return this.
