I ordered two sets of two stools, one new and one used from desertcart warehouse. I didn't open the packages immediately, since the basement took longer to finish than I had expected. When I finally opened the boxes yesterday I found the new set came with everything needed for assembly (see pictures). The used set, however, came without the small hardware needed for assembly (seat bolts, foot screws, large lock washer, etc.). I contacted Lokkhan about it. Even though they didn't have to, since the purchase was listed as used and I had actually received them several months ago, they are going ahead and sending the missing hardware. Their communication has been prompt and very much to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the product and the customer service!
