If fitness is your thing, this smart watch offers monitoring of your calories, heart rate, steps taken and more. It even monitors your sleep patterns to measure REM sleep. This watch can monitor close to 40 activities no matter your choice of sport. One of the best features of this watch is blood pressure monitor, although it's not accurate all the time but you have to do it like 3 times and the 2 most common that will be your blood pressure. Large gaps in walking and no sync on sleep mode. I have reinstalled the app, did a factory reset, cycled the watch on/ off setting. Nothing worked! A second unit that my wife has is still working at this time.
