Alpha (Warriors of Kaizon Book 2) Kindle Edition

Short, fun, and spicy. Low anxiety, high reward. Even when things go wrong it's resolved quickly. If monster/alien spice can be a comfort read, this series is it.

Not sure why the first brother to show up has to be one who wants the king dead but it worked. My favorite part was how touching the back stories on Makayla and Kerax were. They made me cry but the even better part was once the brothers stop with all the posturing and share their sides of their lives with their father it changes everything.

It’s really more of a novella, so it’s good for an afternoon read. I think it was better than the first in the series, but it still moved a bit too fast and just seemed rushed. I think the books would be better if she made them actual novels and added more plot and expanded on the characters and stories. Also, this one got a tad rapey at the beginning, which wasn’t great as we find out later that the heroine was a survivor of past sexual assault and yet still wanted someone who tied her up and basically didn’t give her a choice? Overall I liked it though. Not great, not awful.

I like this story. Makayla is strong and determined, despite the horrific abuse she has suffered. Karex, and his dog Jip, fund her. Karex is overbearing, and extremely resentful against his brother, who is already on Earth. They are attracted to each other. Together they face an enemy who wants to destroy Karex's family and conquer the Earth. I like seeing an alien with a pet, even if it were trained to be ahead dog. Jip is sweet and protects his family.

I just finished book two . Loved them both . This can be read as a stand alone but is better when read in order . Definitely for adults only due to not and steamy Sci-Fi sexual content . It's well written and fast paced . I read it in about a day . I hope book three continues to be as good ! Kerax and Makayla find love and their soulmate in each each other's arms in what's left of Earth . I hope you enjoy the fantasy ! Luna Hunter thanks for writing a great book and series !!!

This 2nd book in the series is just as great as the 1st, which hooked me. Now I can't wait to read the next one. I have found a new favorite author and you should try this series too.

The female is nothing but a breeding vessel that’s pretty much raped. They make her an idiot and him extremely unlikeable. The first one was decent, I just had issues with this book.

I found this better than I read a few others reviews,it was how it should have gone,sometimes things are simpler than some want it to be,it was just right loved it.

I devoured this story of Makayla and Kerak. It's steamy (so hot!) action-filled and grabs you by the head and heart as they struggle to overcome their respective pasts and the dangers that their actions cause them. It was great to see Kerak grow beyond his past though, gives me hope the aliens will be able to band together... looking forward to the next book now!

So many typos and missed words. Or random extra words that don't fit the text. Needs a good proof read.

Makayla is next to meet Kaizon who is arrogant beyond his older brother Xurakor. Both alien males must be taken down a peg by the small women.

This is second book in this series so far and what a brilliant story that it is. It had me totally hooked from the very start. The chemistry between them sizzles throughout this story. I am absolutely loving this series so far. A fantastic read that I would definitely recommend.
