Great jacket, great quality and decent price but...for all you James Dean fans....
I must say, the jacket is great quality and yes it is somewhat wrinkled due to packaging and the material. I love it, the fit is a bit big but it all varies due to your body type. I'm 6'2 and rought 210lbs and the fit is a bit loose but it still retains its "windbreaker look". I ordered it cause I thought this was the closest Rebel Without a Cause Jacket that I could find online at a reasonable price. I refrained from buying the poppy red color cause I had a feeling it wouldn't exactly be red-red; and it wasn't from a review I read. So I gambled and chose the Chili color. It was the closest color to the jacket in the film. I opened it up and realized it was indeed a chili color- as in chili isn't exactly one color...more or less a mix in a way. The jacket reminds me of a faded rebel without a cause jacket. It isn't the necessarily the exact red on the film but the color is close enough. It could definitely pass as his jacket in the film but you know...if you want something closer to the real deal look someplace else. If you decide to flip up the collar, it will look kind of weird because there is a white plaid design underneath the collar. Don't get me wrong, this is an awesome jacket and I plan on buying a black one soon. It is great quality but if you are only getting this because it resembles the RWAC jacket, don't be fooled. It is close but not exactly it at the same time. It's hard to explain. I really recommend this jacket and plan on wearing it aside it from what I originally had bought it for.

Great Summer/Golf Jacket
I bought the London Fog Auburn jacket (black) because the zipper broke on my old lightweight summer jack and it would cost almost as much to get it fixed as a new jacket. This was one of the few cloth style jackets that I could find. Most of the jackets at the clothing stores in my area are either shells or lightweight rain jackets. This jacket has plenty of pockets. There are two zippered pockets on the outside and three Velcro pockets on the inside, two big pockets on either side and one small one on the left. It also does come with a proper collar, as per the Auburn design both here and on London Fog's web site. If you receive one without a collar then it isn't the right model. It also has an elastic waist band that stretches when you zip up the jacket.Overall, it is well built and, in my opinion, looks quite sharp. I haven't had it out in the rain yet. I will be using it during an upcoming cruise so it will definitely be put to the test. The only negative thing that I can say about it at this point is that it doesn't come in dark green...

This is no welder's coat.
This jacket is well made. That is to say, it is put together properly. The problem is that the materials are suspicious. When I first put the jacket on and pulled down one of the zippers, it got jammed with the fabric. As we all know this is usually the death sentence for an article of clothing because, in the first place you are without a zipper where you would like to have one and in the second place because it would cost more than the jacket is worth to replace the zipper. Knowing all this from previous experiences I decided to pull the zipper free with a pair of pliers. This resulted in a few frayed fibers around the material that surrounds the zipper as I ripped the zipper free. The frayed fibers I thought could easily be fixed with the judicious application of the flame from my Bic lighter. You probably already know how this story ends. After being treated for smoke inhalation one of the firefighters told me that polyester is notorious for its inflammability. I told him I knew that, but that I thought "inflammable" meant it couldn't catch fire.

Jacket has no collar, though the picture indicates it does
The picture on the product page shows a traditionally styled collar. (So does the London Fog website.) Unfortunately, the jacket I received has no such feature! The front zipper runs all the way to the very top of the jacket, with no collar at all. The wearer can leave the zipper down a few inches and turn down the top edges, but that's not the same as having a real collar sewn on the garment. The jacket also has an integral lightweight hood that rolls up and stows neatly using velcro closures, which was a total surprise. I also didn't expect it to be quite as heavy a material as it is. Most golf jackets are quite lightweight, not too much heavier than a windbreaker. This is noticeably heavier and thicker than any golf jacket I've ever owned. It all adds up to a return shipment to Amazon, in my case. It's not my intention to dump on this jacket, by any means. Material and workmanship seem to be of very good quality; my old London Fog overcoat lasted 20 years. My rating is based on the fact that the jacket is substantially different from what I thought I was ordering.

Decent product but some size issues
Jacket looks very nice and has a very good feel. Ordered large and fits well except for the arms. Arms are way to baggy and long. Not sure about ordering a medium as I'm afraid the jacket would be too small and tight around the body. I'd sooner have the baggy arms. Jacket does well in light rain as the water seems to bead and roll off. Keeps you warm with a chilly light breeze. There are 2 external pockets as well as 2 internal pouches that can be closed with the Velcro tabs. Zipper seems sturdy and the product has no loose sewing. Additionally there are 2 snaps on the wrists that can tighten the fit. Product was shopped promptly and arrived in perfect condition within 2 days of order. Ordered Ivy and color on product page matched the look of the actual product.
