It's called the Dragon for a reason
I gave it 5 stars because i think this is a really good product and if this were my first time using a pain relief cream like this, I would probably be on fire. I have been using these types of creams for so long that they just don't bring the relief they use to however it does help me some. If this is your first time using, I would be very careful I have burned myself using the 4% and this is 10%.

Effective for pain
Very effective ointment; I got it for my backache after working so hard for a while and instantly felt relieved; it is such a strong and easy to use pain relief cream. It feels calm to the touch and smooth when being applied.

Good for certain things
Good for sure muscles. My kid likes it after a 12 hour shift. And he likes the way it smells too! Didn't do anything for me, but my issues are in the joints - It just doesn't get down deep enough.
