Excellent!!!
Well built and the range is good enough to hit the repeaters almost 50 miles away.

Great 2m / 70cm antenna
I put this antenna up in my attic to connect to local 2m and 70cm repeaters and this antenna is working great. Its definitely extended my range but what was really impressive is how much more clear signals are compared to stock or even aftermarket HT antennas. I am slowly upgrading my radios and this was a very impressive first item to upgrade.

Dual Band Antenna Works Well, Rugged!
I bought this antenna to replace one I got via trade and though it was broken internally. Turns out it was bad coax! This antenna works very well for all repeaters in my area. Easily gets me into all in a perhaps 45 Mile radius. I have it mounted on my roofline. Severe weather has caused no issues. I am very pleased. Performance is good, it seems very rugged, matches well for swr. Price is not cheap, but it is high quality in my opinion.

Great Antenna
I use this with a Yaesu HT, and it works really well. My antenna mount is far less than ideal, and the performance is quite acceptable. The antenna is small enough that you could put it in the car for use at a remote site. I only gave 4 stars, because the mounting bracket does not match the other half for a pole mount. Not the end of the world. I used half the bracket and just screwed it to a pole. I had been through some serious wind, snow and rain, and is holding up very well. Without question, I would buy this antenna again.

Excellent Perfomance
This is a great dual band antenna for my base station. At 35' on a push up mast, my range has been greatly increased.

Diamond's Highest Gain, Dual-Band Antenna Rated for 135-MPH Winds
This is the highest gain, dual band base antenna Diamond makes that withstands 135 mph winds. I'm less than three miles from the ocean on the Florida coast. My house has been visited by half a dozen hurricanes in the last few years. I need a reliable base antenna that wouldn't blow over and break when I needed it the most. Paired with the Kenwood TM-281A , I was able to stay on the air on backup power through Hurricane Irma. You're less alone in a boarded up house when you've got the hurricane net up and are still able to provide reports.

Easy to Install and Very Portable if desired.
Very nice antenna. It is light weight and easy to install. I connected it to an existing TV antenna mast with a 5' pole which gave me a total height of 35' at the base. I use it with a Baofeng HP-82HP and a scanner. I am able to connect with 2 meter repeaters at quite a distance. I can hear police and state patrol units at over 50 miles away even though the antenna isn't tuned for those particular frequencies. This antenna could be used as a portable unit while camping or at events. I wouldn't recommend it to be permanently mounted on a vehicle because of the wind resistance.
