Plan to use it on house windows for insulation. Is it frosted or clear.

At first glance I would say that it looked clear from package, however, when I pulled a corner, it would be closer to frosted. just because you cannot clearly see through the film. I have read so much about doing the insulation on the windows. Hope it goes well for you. Please post a review if you feel it works well!!

What is the bubble height and bubble diameter in inches?

Barbara, thank you for your inquiry. Our large bubble wrap bubbles are 1/8 inch in height and approximately .388 inches in diameter.

I need it for popping. I work with seniors with dementia and want to do a popping contest for a tactile activity. Are they decently easy to pop?

Definitely easy to pop!! I've stepped on them several times by mistake, and a bunch of popping happens!
