Piggy Paint Nail Polish, Non-Toxic, Vegan, Low Odor - Glitter Purple

I know it's expensive and I know it chips off easily, but you can't have your cake and eat it too. Look, Piggy Paint is safe and non-toxic and if you want a nail polish that lasts for 3 weeks and shines like a diamond then go buy any run of the mill nail polish that's full of chemicals with names you can't pronounce. Piggy Paint gets 5 stars from me. It comes in cute colors, has virtually no smell (whatever smell it has reminds me mildly of peanuts) and is entirely safe for your children to use. Two things worth noting: I also ordered the pink but received a darker, almost purple color. Secondly, I accidentally dropped a bottle of this on our wood floors and it broke and spilled all over. The glass hardly slivered/shattered (easier to cleanup and no glass shards all over the place), and the nail polish was really easy to clean up off the floor.

Love!! I love that this is water based and comes off with WATER!! My three year old daughter wants to have painted nails like me, but she’s THREE for goodness sake! So I found this, and it’s great to play, and then wash off in the bath. It’s the best nail polish for littles.

I love this nail polish for my toddler. She is an unrelenting girlie girl who wants nail polish like her grandmothers. I’m more of a natural girl and was cautious about the chemicals and fumes in most polishes. This is free of many of the major chemicals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fume free it was. I’m ok with doing nails inside because of that. I have her the pink glitter color for Christmas and she was thrilled. We do her nails every couple of weeks as a bonding activity and also as a deterrent for finger sucking. The appearance is super cute. One coat for light sparkles and clear appearance. Two coats makes it pink and super sparkly. The durability is mixed for her. Finger sucking definitely makes it come off quicker and she tends to not let them dry all the way. I get longer out of it — maybe a week? — but I just fill chips in with an extra coat. It’s not perfect but it works. I know if I got the top coat it would probably last longer but I haven’t got around to it. We did notice now that the weather is warmer, the nail polish will melt in the heat. It’s 95 and even though we did our nails this morning, the afternoon sun/heat is causing it to just curl up and flake right off. Again, maybe the top coat would help? Taking a star off for it but probably will order this again for all the positives.

It’s so cute to be able to paint your babies toes, but the polish doesn’t stay on long at all. It falls off all around the house and pretty much is gone by the end of the same day. Such a cute idea, but not durable at all. Drying time is super quick though which I liked.

I love buying piggy paint for my daughters. It’s the only nail polish that does not stink. It’s really a good idea to purchase the piggy paint base cost so the polish stays on longer. It always goes on smoothly. It lasts quite a while for the price. Colors are bright!

I bought this product with a mindset that it might not work out for me due to some of the reviews mentioning easy peeling after 24 hours of application. It probably does do that; HOWEVER, I also followed the reviews that mentioned needing to use the Base and Seal Coat. This, I am certain, made a difference in my experience. On my fingernails, using the base, color, and then sealer, the color lasted all of two days before it began to chip (this is the average for me with ANY nail polish I have ever had on my hands - even those applied by salons). The chipping/peeling color was minimal, and it was easy to apply another coat on top and just seal again. This stuff dries fast (a plus for busy women)! I got another 2-3 days of wear with it from doing that. On my toes, I used the same method of base, color, and sealer, and the color HAS NOT CHIPPED after 3 weeks of constant wear. I have not had to reapply or do anything more to it. I expect to get several more weeks of wear from this color on my toes. As for removal of the polish: this is difficult to do with a non-toxic nail polish remover. I did not buy the remover recommended by this company as I already had some non-toxic remover, so I cannot give an opinion as to whether that would have worked better or not. What I did instead was waited another 1-2 for the edges of the color to start peeling after I stopped reapplying, and then I just peeled it right off of my nail with no damage to my nail bed. Overall, I was very pleased with this product, and I will be investing in more colors from them!

Love this product. I bought this for my 2 year old, it is fast drying and just perfect amount of sparkle.

Great nail polish for toddlers/kids! It doesn't smell bad and is easy to remove.

This is super cute and my daughter really enjoys having her nails painted. However, it chips so quickly (less than 24hrs). We usually do it before bed so it can "cure" overnight but more often than not, it's chipped before she even gets out the door the next morning. Now, I understand that it's a more "natural" product but they market it as lasting a few days, similar to what you'd get with mainstream nail polish but it's absolutely not the same and does not give us a few days of wear at all. Very disappointed. Just be straight and tell us it will only last a few hours - at least then we'd know what we're buying.

I love this so much. As someone who’s trying to change to a non toxic lifestyle finding this was a game changer
