The weights are very comfortable and easy to fasten. They stay in place great. They are good for dedicated exercise but also help muscle strength when you wear them just walking around the house. kYou can't adjust them to a different weight, but I found that the adjustable weights tend to leak the filler, which gets messy, so I prefer these.

Works as advertised

I bought this for my husband and he really likes it. He has a strong male build and his ankle area is quite thick. The weight and the tie has been holding up so far, I like the adjustability of it a lot that was one of the main reasons why we bought it. Removability is good as well and it's versatile for ankle and wrist. Would recommend to others and would buy again for someone else.

Solid ankle weights but deceptive description. 3 pound weights are actually 2, 1.2 pound weights, not 2, 3 pound weights.

Husband used them on his arms for the first time last night while playing VR. Works well and is a great weight. Quality made and as described.

Being a senior who swims 4/7 days a week, I felt a bit more resistance in leg muscle movement would help. These weights are great. Attach securely and easily. The half pound weight is a great starter weight to increase muscle and bone development. Recommend. Easy on, easy off.

These felt bigger than I thought. I bought these after an accident at work that affected my torso. I had to stretch out my chest and arms but the scarring wouldn't allow my to lay my arms flat. These helped to keep my arms straight while I stretched. They feel pretty hefty but would be good for workouts once i'm stronger for an extra leg challenge.

This is the right weight for my daughter table tennis training. Easy to put on and fit her ankle perfectly. She wears it through the whole training session without any complains. Good product.
