Overall Service after problem is GOOD
One light showed up with a cut cable sheathe but still works. Kind of upsetting it looks like some dude cut it wrong when he fit the sheathe and didnt care to fix it. Poor quality control. Also had to to buy the 20w model since these only go about 6ftEdit.They replaced both 10w units free of charge and assured me quality control would be improving .all in all the product is great and customer service worked with me quickly and easily.

So far these have been the best product we have found for our purposes - high strength black light, no heat generation and completely dust proof, which is what we need since we work in a very dusty environment.At over six feet away, in full daylight you can easily see the special glue light up under these lights.Also, these lights look pretty weather safe to me. Unless there is a crack/defect caused by some external damage they can withstand weather for sure. In case you are wondering, IP65 means the light fixture is able to protect itself against water jets (such as rain), but it is not intended for use under water, so never submerge this light fixture under water(common sense)!!!

Work well for a while but it's foggy.
I used it for my Koi pond. It worked well for a while, but now it has some fogs inside the glass, not 100% waterproof Cord is also very short, i had to cut it and wire it with another cord to have enough length to my outlet.

My kids love it. very good choice for Halloween. You can choose different color light for inside the house or outside. I am not kind of tech guy, but it looks very durable with good quality. The package is with 2 lights and 2 remote controls. Both of them works fine. Well worth the money I paid. very satisfy with the purchase and will come back if i need more.

Good value & quality!
Wasn’t sure how I would like the remote for switching between colors and on/off but when it came in and I started playing with it I really like it. Simple and inexpensive for accent lighting.
