How many hula hoops do i get in a pack? 8? or only sold as 1?

Not sure where you got the number 8 from, but it’s just 1 hoop. It just changes colors all the time.

are they just one size? it says adults too but they are so small?

I don’t know if they bought multiple sizes. I bought one and it is big enough for an adult.
