Great product. I tore the hard plastic plug out of the head that served as the extension. It's useless with it in. Just stick your finger inside and run it around the plug until it is free, then slide it out. This product has just the right amount of extra girth to give the wife something different but not uncomfortable/huge. Much better option that the Tommy Gunn or Fat Jack. Wish I would have found this first. The wife loved it last night and I enjoyed watching her enjoy something a little different. Buy it, you won't be disappointed. She wasn't.

The top is made of an incredibly hard material and the texture is sharply ribbed. This means you get a ripping feeling. Materials are cheap and smell like chemicals

The head/tip insert is much too hard and the covering is very soft. The covering material needs to be a bit firmer and harder as your fingers can start to tear through the material when trying to fit it to your member. The insert at the tip feels like a softball in sock and its stiffness makes it hard to bleed all the air out of the thing before use. Go with a stiffer material .

Like others have said. The smell is not the best. It stays on very well. Has a strong suction to it. I’m average 6 3/4” x 5”. I do max the inside out but the wife loves it. I did not have to cut any length off. First time we used it I snuck it on and had sex without her knowing about it. She loved it! The inside tip is uncomfortable sometimes. That’s why I gave it a 4 star. I ordered the Mega but haven’t used it yet.

This was an incredible purchase! I'm an "average" guy. My wife has never experienced much beyond that. So I figured, why not? I would love to go into great detail but I think Amazon would frown on that..lol I will say though while using it, I felt everything! And so did SHE! For a while I almost forgot i was wearing a prosthetic.

The material doesn't last that long, only after a few light uses it would split, went through 2 of these. The company was great replaced the first one no question and sent me some extra stuff to try out. Still not very high quality material. Other than that not too thick not too thin decent feel.

Researched extension online before purchase. It fit great and the wife loves it. Used it in a role playing game where the husband was away and her lover came to play. I am just above average in length and girth, so this really stepped things up. Just take it slow at first. Good toy to keep in the drawer for play time. When finished just clean with cleaner or non antibacterial soap and dust with cornstarch. No issues yet.

Don't buy it! I bought 3 sleeves, this is the worst. It hurts my partner on the first use. It's badly designed, the head is too hard, once inserted, extremely hard to pull out. I pulled so hard and it was stretched so long ang I realized if it breaks before I pull it out we will end up in ER. Fortunately it didn't break this time, but it hurts my partner when it finally came out

The best I ever found! Wife loves the different sizes you can play with depending on how much you want to give her! stays on feels pretty damn good using it and price was good! first one lasted 2 years so cant beat that!

Leider ganz anders als auf den Bildern der Verpackung. Viel zu weich. Schade suchen wir weiter nach einem Ersatz für unsere bisherige Manschette

Great product and suction is good. It’s big! The head is very large and hard, which my wife didn’t enjoy, even with plenty of lube, but overall, a good product. Would be better if head was softer.

Secondo me però dovrebbero migliorare la forma interna in fondo. Una forma più anatomica per ospitare il glande altrimenti si crea una zona vuota, ed è un peccato per un articolo così valido
