These really do work!!!
I was a bit worried they would not work, but they are amazing. Helped with the coughing and stuffy nose and opened up my airway so I can breathe. 💯 recommend for a good night sleep. It says for kids, but dont let that fool you. It works for adults as well.

These are a staple in my household for a kid with asthma. They’re very adhesive but they don’t hurt to takeoff. The kids love the way they smell.

My kiddo loves it when sick. It helps with being able to get a more restful sleep. Not messy, as it's a patch that goes on the clothing.

Nice but expensive
I really like putting these under the pillow case of the kids pillows before bed. It starts with a nice strong scent but does not last the night. Twice as expensive as they should be.
