This product could have different resistance options but other than that it is excellent for the money. Aside from the inner thigh workouts you do while sitting, standing, laying down. The workouts with the shoulder and chest are most beneficial for me. Have two torn rotator cuffs from years of doing stupid things and they just lost strength and mobility. While they still are bad, they have improved quite a bit by using this product. Holding it behind you and slowly pressing in while leaning forward in different positions works the shoulders tremendously and I can guarantee you are weak there, because I am fairly strong and in that position you can barely get any contraction on this ring.Also, holding it straight out in front and slowly squeezing for 15-20 reps works the chest like a beast. At least 10 seconds to squeeze in and 10 seconds to release, then raise or lower 3 inches and repeat. Bet you cant finish 5 sets of 10. It works the chest and shoulders at so many different angles they just get obliterated. Like I said I wish they had higher resistance but to be honest it does what I need and then some. But most importantly I can work my inner thighs (hip flexors) while sitting down watching TV. I don't care if you work out or not, if you care about your body at all you have to get this product.

This Pilates Ring is a great product to help strengthen and tone your arms and legs and I highly recommend it for resistance training. Originally a girlfriend of mine from Equinox recommended this to me and said that it's a great tool to use at any time because it's so small and easy to use and she has been having great results with it. Nayoya's ring was the 2nd ring she bought and stuck with as she had previously went through a pilates ring from a different company and it was flimsy and broke down after a week of use. Good thing she found and recommended this brand to save me the headache and trouble of finding a high quality pilates ring.I just take it out when I am at home and use it every chance I get. This ring really gives your thighs a workout!! I was sore for 2 days after using this ring. The handle placement of this ring is both on the inside and outside of the ring which give both you inner and outer thighs as well as arms and chest a strong workout. The perfect Pilates tool.

The idea of the product itself is amazing. I do a lot of calisthenics and this just elevates it. You can feel it instantly because it makes you work to stabilize your muscles. Great for strong lean muscles.The product from this company seems good. There is som bending marks in the foam, but I think that's too be expected. Not a quality I'd freak over, but not bad for the price.Overall, I'd recommend it.

I'm a 52-year-old man and I had major back surgery at the end of January to decompress vertebrae in my lower back that had compressed due to two worn out discs. The surgery went as planned and I and began physical therapy about a month later. After a few weeks of therapy I was strong enough to seek stronger resistance and do many of my exercises at home, so I bought the Nayoya Wellness Pilates Ring. I couldn't be happier with this product. It arrived the next day like all of my products do since I have Amazon Prime, and it was professionally packaged and came with instructions and visuals for primary exercises. It even includes a nylon bag so you can take it with you to the gym or when traveling. The quality of the product is top-notch and provides just the resistance I need at this point in my recovery and therapy. That's saying something since I'm athletic and strong at 6'3" and 225 pounds! While my in-office physical therapy is coming to an end, I'll continue to use the Pilates Ring as long as it continues to help me get the tone back in my legs and strengthen my core. I'm hoping to be back on my bike soon, and this product is helping me get there. It's done a wonderful job thus far, so I have no doubt it will continue to do so. Kudos to Nayoya on a job very well done. I can't recommend this product highly enough.

I got my ring today. It was packaged well and I was liking the bag it came in, but when I took the ring out, it was seriously scuffed up like it had been kicked around on the factory floor for some time. It was also missing a pad which I found stuck to the inside of the bag. I was able to restick the pad to the proper place. Other than the ugliness, it seems to work good. Definitely feel the new challenge to my Pilates workout. I like it!

This Pilates ring by Nayoya Wellness seems to be a good choice for my home exercise "tool kit." It's sold at a reasonable price, and appears to be identical to the Pilates rings that we use in classes at my gym. I have been using it while I work for the past week, and it's been effective. I can feel the burn in my thigh muscles after doing series of reps each day. The Nayoya Wellness product provides online directions and exercises, as well as a chic drawstring carrying bag - very nice. So far, I'm impressed with the quality - the ring seems to be extreme sturdy and able to withstand pressure from both myself and my husband (and my son, who has been obsessed with trying to squeeze it together all the way, LOL). The foam grip areas are soft and comfortable, too. I will update on how this Pilates ring is holding up in several months - for now, I am quite happy with my purchase!

So far this has become my new favorite work-out toy!! This Pilates ring is perfect for targeting my glutes and core, which is the main source of my chronic muscular pain. I can already feel improvement in my posture from using it and I have only had it for less than a week. This is a great tool for physical therapy (my main reason for buying it!!) and for getting in shape. This is my first Pilates ring ever so I cannot compare it to another brand's quality... but the ring is sturdy and well made, and it's flexible and it gives just enough resistance when squeezing or pulling on it to give me that perfect stretch. It's Gr eat for beginners like myself who have zero insight on yoga/Pilates culture and who are just trying to find something that works while being cost-effective.
